• The hotel was nicely decorated, clean, and had very accommodating staff.

“Ramada Plaza is an upscaled hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. There is lots of parking in a safe underground parking garage with an elevator in the garage that goes right up to your room. We parked free there while we were at Disneyland. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds, powerful shower head, refrigerator, microwave and safe in the room.”

• Excellent location to Disneyland, lots of restaurants in area to choose from.
• Bedding smelled like bleach. I had to wrap my pillow to sleep, bed was a little to hard for me.

“We had four adults and a two year old room was big enough for all bathroom did not have air vent very bad with three adults who are male! Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Parking garage was also clean and very manageable. Staff was helpful although we didn't use them due to we knew where we were going and how to get there. We basically slept in the room only and just got ready to spend our days outside so the room was great for that purpose except for the bedding that smelled of bleach.”

• The location is great for Disneyland.
• I called to request a clean item and no one ever responded.

“The location is great if you want to walk to Disneyland. My only complaint was that the ice bucket was very dirty and we needed more towels. I called the desk and they said they would send the items right away. They never did arrive.”

• Good location. Good restaurants across the street.
• No continental breakfast. Room appeared to have not been used much, dirt particles came out of the bathtub spout.

“No continental breakfast was a shock. You can eat in the restaurant, but it's an average buffet with runny eggs no worth the $12 price. The restaurant could use a bit more cleaning. Good location.”

• Easy access to the garage, lobby was nice and room was always very nicely cleaned, lots of room for food in fridge.
• Lollipop in the fridge, walls were too thin, noisy people above us. The people that worked there were very rude.

“People that worked in the lobby were beyond rude, didn't assist us with any questions or help when we arrived. Hotel lobby was nice, but the rooms looked very used and old. I would recommend this hotel if you were in town for a short period of time.”

• It has an indoor parking garage, which is nice if you are leaving your car while walking to Disneyland.
• Bathroom! Worst hotel bathroom ever! Fan did not work, it was tiny, and had a funky toilet.

“It's a decent hotel for a short stay at the Disneyland resort. Very typical. For a longer stay I would definitely want to stay somewhere nicer. This was a last minute trip.”

• I liked the location to Disney world and the 3 dollar shuttle right out front.
• Restaurant downstairs not included for breakfast (two adults one child 30 dollars). Fitness room damaged, staff semi friendly, parking garage unlocked.

“I liked the fact that is a short trip on the shuttle to get to Disneyland. You actually can walk there if you wish. Shuttle is 3 dollars a day and free for kids, buy a pass at the hotel or you have to pay each way. The secure garage parking is totally open 24 hours a day and you park at your own risk. Neighborhood full of gang banger looking people. Room service available from a few good places, microwave and fridge in room, air works well, shower good shape. Some of the staff is stone-faced, but some act as though they are at least trying to appear interested in you. I didn't feel very safe on the street outside the hotel or walking to the store just up the street. Hotel decor was outstanding, looks nicer inside than the neighborhood would suggest. Mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but ended up in the Indian restaurant downstairs for breakfast increasing my bill by 30 dollars a day for the morning family meal for my wife, myself and son. Overall, probably the best you are going to be getting in the area, I overheard other people complaining about their hotels, so if you want to be close to Disney, this place is the best you are going to get, so don't hesitate to stay here.”

• It was close do Disneyland yet was not chaotic as many we past on our walk to the park.
• The pool was set in an odd place and not very inviting.

“The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The location was a short walk to Disneyland, yet you did not feel like you were in the madness of many other hotels in the area. I plan on returning in the near future.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. It was not as clean as I would expect a hotel of this caliber to be and the staff was not very friendly. The pool and spa were closed during our stay. Had we known this, we would have book hotel accommodations elsewhere. The pool is something you look forward to during a vacation! Also, the location is misleading. They tell you it is 2 blocks from Downtown Disney. We walked it and it is over 4 blocks! That is a long way to walk with small children. We would have been better off booking a lesser expensive hotel closer to Disneyland.”

• The rooms were great above everything I would have expected for the price!
• There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

“The rooms were great, lots of pillows, and extra towels. There were actually glasses until of plastic cups. The staff was very helpful. The food in the hotel cafe was ok (could have been better). Heated pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were the best after a long day of walking in the parks. (Which were right down the street)?”

“We really like the location of the hotel to convention centre and theme parks. Both were in moderate walking distance. Nice underground parking with elevators to rooms made coming and going a breeze. Lobby and amenities wee nice but rooms were very average in size with outdated appliances (TV, microwave, and fridge).”

• This hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient in all ways.

“I've stayed at several hotels in this area and this hotel was the best for a two-day Disneyland experience with my family. The two beds plus the sofa bed was comfortable for my family of five. The parking garage was well-lighted and free. Getting onto the internet was easy. The review of this hotel indicates a continental breakfast--but it's not free at this hotel! The walk to the park was two long blocks away, but after walking all day in the park, it was not bad.”

• Breakfast was not included as was indicated.

“The room was large, 2 queens and sofa bed. I expected 2 rooms because it was described as a suite, but the room was sufficient. I booked this hotel because a continental breakfast was included; however, upon check-in I was informed that breakfast was $7.95 in the hotel restaurant. The shuttle to Disneyland also cost $3 per person; I thought that it would be a free hotel shuttle.”

• We really liked everything about the hotel.

“The hotel was in a perfect location for the attractions we came to see. The rooms were great, clean, comfortable and spacious. We had two people in the party that have Diabetes so it was wonderful to have refrigerators in the room to store their supplies. We com 8-10 times a year to this location and would love to get this location every time. Really can't say enough good about our stay. Thank you.”

• Parking during day at Disneyland, bargain breakfast.
• Shower had some mold, pillows too thick.

“We were looking for a safe, convenient, comfortable hotel while in Orange County. It's definitely not the fanciest of hotels, but the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked, and the breakfast buffet was very convenient. Quiet overall, though we could hear the couple in the room next door enjoying their weekend vacation.”

• Great location to Disneyland. It was clean.
• Noisy, paper thin walls. Smelled like curry in room.

“The hotel is very clean and close to Disneyland, well with in walking distance. The Indian restaurant in the hotel emits an odor that can be smelled upon arrival and in adjacent rooms. The walls are paper thin. We heard every word our neighbors spoke when they came in. Rooms were neat and clean.”

• They had a computer in the lobby that you could use to print out boarding passes.
• Shower had a leak, couldn't fix. Staff didn't know about schedules for the shuttle buses.

• Air Conditioner stopped working in the middle of night.

“Hotel seemed new due to refurbishment. We only had one problem, our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. Good hotel for families going to Disneyland.”

“Change the filter in pool and Jacuzzi please. Pool water tasted salty! Jacuzzi had yellowish foam floating on the top when the jet streams were turned on! Very friendly staff. Clean hallways and lobby. Bathroom tile grout needs to be bleached! Plenty of towels. Sheets smelled super clean.”

• Everyone was very helpful and I was impressed with how clean the rooms were.
• You could not put the air on less than 70 because a note said the pipes will leak. The ice machine on our floor was broke.

“The staff was not helpful at all! If I asked them a question they would give me some lame, generic answer which I could have answered myself. Some also had an attitude too. I think some money might have been stolen by the house keeping staff from my room. The hotel was clean and presentable. Nice decor too. The location was great because it was next to restaurants and also nearby to Disneyland.”

• The hotel staff tried to push a smaller room.

“The hotel is brilliantly located at the corner of Katella and Harbor. The advantage that gives you is that Disneyland is waking distance yet you don't have to fight the crowds while driving your car out. The room is equipped with microwave and refrigerator. The problem was with the staff at the reception. He was trying to downgrade me to a one King size bed when I had clearly mentioned that we have two adults and two kids during my reservation on PL. ”

• Look nice on the outside, close to Disney.
• Room described as "suite" good one room w/2 beds and a couch, cheap sheets.

“Location was good, hotel was quiet, has safe parking, was very clean. It had plenty of towels in the room and water pressure was good and it was hot. Hotel looks very nice from the outside but that's as far as it goes. Rooms are sparse, plain, bedded w/cardboard sheets and poor mattresses. We booked a "suite" for our family of five (3 adult children). When I think of suite, I think three rooms - bathroom, master bedroom, and main room. This was one regular sized hotel room with two beds and a sofa bed crammed into it. I guess they called it a suite because it had a micro wave and a fridge.”

“Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Disneyland, but no shuttle service from hotel. Room had a view of Disneyland and fireworks. Comfortable room with desk for laptop and free wireless Internet in room. Beds were normal motel beds with no upgrades of linens or mattresses. Swimming pool and spa were adequate, but small in size. No continental breakfast offered, but refrigerator and microwave in room were wonderful.”

• Restaurant was terrible- hotel overall not at all worth the $.

“This hotel was located very close to Disneyland but that was the only thing it had going for it. It was very noisy with little insulation between rooms. The beds were not comfortable and overall was not guest friendly. We stayed at another hotel close by and it was a much better deal for an equivalent hotel.”

• The room was spacious.
• Very few of the staff spoke English, the beds were the worst I have ever slept on, the shower was a drizzle of water, walls and ceiling are paper thin.

“The room was spacious but that is the only good thing about it. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the small children next door giggling and playing at the crack of dawn and the maid cleaning. The ceiling was also not so sound proof as we could hear people walking around in the room above us and again could hear the vacuum cleaner. The beds were horrendous. Even my husband who has yet to find a bad bed could not sleep well on this bed. The shower was a small drizzle of water that would barely wash the shampoo from my hair. I tried to ask several of the staff for extra towels and none of them spoke English. I tried to ask for directions also and again was hard pressed to find someone who spoke English. The only people I could speak to were the desk clerks. This is something I expect when I travel to a foreign country not in my own country. I would not recommend this hotel.”
