• Free parking.
• Nothing special. Not the best location.

“The star rating might be a bit too high on this hotel. Nothing special about this one. To top it all off, we were woken up by a fire alarm going off - twice - in the middle of the night. At least the parking was free but that's about all I can say.”

• Nice beds (if they have clean sheets).
• Hotel is under construction - should have closed down or informed guests so they could make a decision about staying.

“My first impression of the hotel wasn't too good. The elevator carpeting was very old and worn. We got to the room and it looked like the "no tell motel". It was dark with bad carpets and wires hanging out of a hole in the wall. I was very upset because this doesn't look anything like the rooms on their website. I would have never picked this place if I saw this room on the website - creepy. I called the desk and asked for a room on a higher floor - thinking that the better rooms might be higher up. Remember, I booked this room 6 months in advance. There is no reason for me to get a crappy room! This was a little better, but still not what they advertised on the website. I was booked for a double deluxe room neither of these rooms was deluxe. This room was cleaner, but there were no pictures or mirrors on the walls. There wasn't even a clock in the room. The toilet had chipping paint on the seat. They could have replaced the seat - it looked horrible. This floor was under construction. The room in front of us was open and you could see spare beds and junk inside. I walked down the hallway to find more open rooms in different stages of construction.”

• Staff was nice and rooms were clean.
• Coffee packets were for one person and we had 2 people in room.

“Elevator service was not very good. Convention of rotc staying at the hotel. Out of 3 elevators one was working. We're told there was no stairs only a fire escape. The stairs at end of hallways looked like regular stairs. This is an 8 story building.”

• Good location with movies, shopping and restaurants close by.
• The staff didn't laugh at my jokes.
