• Spacious.
• Dirty rooms, horrible Internet service ;therefore, horrible for any type of businessman.

“Dirty floor, after a few hours walking around my feet were black as coal, disgusting. Oh, I am also typing this using their high-speed internet.”

“The room wasn't clean, I called the staff and they apologized and promised to vacuum the room the next day. That's all they did to remedy the situation.”

• I like the staff they are very friendly and helpful.
• Nothing really.

“IT is a comfortable place that is the right price. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and makes my stay pleasant. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else because I have had nice places to stay but the staff there goes above what is necessary.”

• It is close to where I am moving and have a job now.
• I work night shift and they would wake me up as soon as I fell asleep. They need the option of a window of time for housekeeping.

• The location and the seclusion from the hassle and bustle of the busy beach.
• There was nothing I did not like.

• I like that fact that the hotel is very secluded away from the rest of Huntington beach.
• Nothing at all, nothing wrong with any part of it.

• The room was quite clean and well kept. I was able to check in early also.
• No pool.

“Didn't care for the location but it would be great if you¿re working for being I guess. All in all the stay was great for the money and I would do the hotel again.”

• I was unsure of the location when I first book, however it was quiet and peaceful at night.
• My room was not vacuumed during my stay. I had my room cleaned only twice by the help, supposed to be 3 or more\twice.

“While the property is not walking distance to the beach it is close enough to keep it cool. The grounds are well manicured and the aerospace business adjacent has well kept grounds also to make the whole complex feel clean and segregated. I enjoyed my stay room was what I had expected from sea; however my towels were not refreshed in full when my room was cleaned. Also, my room was only cleaned twice during my stay--it should have been cleaned at least 1 more.”

• I had a corner room and it was really nice and spacious.
• Certain of the staff were curt and rude on a few occasions and the walls were so thin I could hear snoring and vulgar conversations of my neighbor.

“The person that checked me in was great but checking out was horrific. They were outright Nasty. I requested a late check out at 1:00 and was told I could only have 12:30. At 12:33 a man was knocking on my door asking if I was checking. At 12:35 the phone rang and the front desk said if I didn't leave at 1:00 I would be charged a late check out fee. My ride didn't arrive by 1:00 but I left at approx 1:20. ”

• Clean, convenient, central location to attractions.
• Rooms not cleaned daily.

“For the money can't beat it. Hotel was nice, clean and centrally located to many attractions. five minutes to beach, 15 minutes to disneyland or knotts. If you just need a place to sleep, then this is a great value. If you enjoy hanging out at the hotel, swimming and room service, this isn't for you.”

• I love the fact that it's near the ocean.
• The bath water made me itch.

“My partner and I like new experiences and new locations, and this was a new experience. We love being by the ocean. Also, we have family that retired from being aircraft, and sea is right next door. We like the fact that no rowdy young adults were around. (the #4 rating question above doesn't apply to the sea hotel chain, so I left it blank.).”

• Very clean, had kitchenette, easy to get to.
• Could have used extra pillows.

“This hotel was in a good location near many restaurants and just a couple of miles from the ocean. The room was nicely furnished with a kitchenette, with wood flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.”

“I had difficulty finding the hotel because the sign posted outside along the sidewalk was difficult to locate or in clear view from the roadway.”
