• Excellent location.
• Poorly maintained, not clean, basic services unavailable.

“The hotel web site offers hair dryer, iron and DSL service in the room; none available. Light wall switches, room 'phones and wall sockets inoperable; corridor lighting in continuous flicker mode; the room was not clean, not presentable, and the mattress had a protective rubber coating that squeaked all night.”

• Roomy.
• There was a coffee maker but I did not know I should bring my own coffee.

“Need a bit more attention to details. The coffeemaker (ground holder) was dirty. The ice machine in the first floor was inoperative.”

• When we asked for a refund the next morning they were helpful.
• Walls were paper thin the ice machine sounded like a jackhammer outside our room.

“We checked in at 11 P.M and checked out the next morning. Not satisfied at all.”

• It seemed that they did not care or trust their guest & did not go out of their way for you.

“We have stayed there throughout the years when visiting family, it has changed. I had to ask for an extra bath towel, they only provided 2, no extra box of tissue or toilet paper, maybe they have had people steal these things? Coffeemaker was never cleaned out, this is provided but no filters, coffee or anything extra, I asked for an itemized copy of our bill & he said that they did not provide this, I would just get a bill & he was kind of rude, I always like to see what I have been charged for. Also they do charge for local calls, 50 cents each.”
