• Friendly staff. Morning breakfast was great.
• Indoor pool temperature was too cold. Should be at least 85 degrees. Very few people used the pool because of this.

“Beautiful hotel, great staff, great food and great fun. Good. Very kid friendly - the koy fish pond fascinated my granddaughter.”

• Elegant atmosphere, beautiful lobby, very comfortable bed and room accommodations.
• There is nothing that I did not like.

“Excellent hotel to spend a night or weekend. The morning breakfast or buffet was very accommodating with a variety of food choices. This hotel has a great atmosphere and a beautiful lobby where one can sit down and just relax. The complimentary cocktail hour provided was an added bonus.”

• Made-to-order breakfast & free cocktails.
• Walls are thin--can hear rambunctious children.

“From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with friendliness, courtesy and eager helpfulness by the staff. The inner courtyard and rooms are beautiful; the restaurant had excellent food and attentive waiters. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was very good and I really enjoyed the free cocktails too. While you could not hear televisions or personal conversations from other rooms, you could hear every time someone took a shower as the pipes made noise and you could hear the children of other guests as they were playing with great enthusiasm. However, I do not fault the hotel for that--any apartment building would have the same problem. I really loved the location as it was very close to both Santa Anita race track as well as a very large mall. I also greatly appreciate the fact that this hotel still accommodates smokers. It was worth every penny to stay here and I would do so again.”

• 2 room suites.
• Need more room in lobby for groups to sit and wait.

“Comfortable & clean; rooms open to central atrium. If you're in the sitting area of your room, you hear what's going on in the atrium which includes the big screen TV that's in the reception area and it was blaring at 4 am.”

• Close to our final destinations.
• Lower quality hotel than expected. Breakfast poor quality/managed.

“Ricky, Elizabeth and the two (Rubenesque) women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Lower quality hotel than expected and the breakfast was of poor quality and poorly managed. The room floor plan was of poor design (the bathroom should be BETWEEN the two sleeping areas for independent access by either). This hotel should NOT be rated higher than a two (2) star. Definitely NOT worth the amount paid. I would NOT stay there again.”

• Very romantic and very good breakfast.
• The lounge and its guest were great.

“Embassy suite in Morovia was the great one yet...it was comfortable friendly and the guest were business like and the staff was exceptional...I had a problem and they tried to fix it so fast I didn't know they could go that fast and be at my room so I told them later and when I told them that they could fix it again and they were right there again.....now that is service.....I had to get my pants on !!!!”

• Helpful staff, clean, easy access geographically, good food.
• Was under 5 minutes late for happy hour and they refused to serve us.

“The only thing that was dissapointing with the hotel was that they only had a smoking room that was heavy with odor. The staff of the hotel and quality of the room was great.”

“They put me in a room next to the equipment for the fountain and as such I had to listen to motors running all night long!! Smoke detectors went off in the room for no reason at around 3 am and again at around 4 am. A free alarm clock, at least I didn't oversleep.”
