• Nothing.
• Beds were full of tobacco smoke.

“The clerk was rude and there was one towel no toilet paper, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and I don't smoke. Two children and I are asthmatic.”

• Staff couldn't give directions to hotel.

“I did not like the curtains, they were almost falling down and you could see this from the outside. Our first room was unacceptable so we ask to be moved and the 2nd room was ok.”
