• The room was very comfortable and clean.
• The hot tub was over-chlorinated. The fumes were horrible, and we were itchy for two days after.

“This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Our one complaint was that the hot tub was over-chlorinated, but the management insisted that it was okay and initially tried to make it up by giving us 2 bottles of lotion. It didn't work, our skin was dry and itchy for the next two days. They did eventually make it up to us, although they never admitted to their mistake.”

“Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Nice, helpful staff. Pool was outsided, but was heated, so the kids still had fun despite the chilly tempature.”

• The Staff and Management were exceptional!
• The fact that the pool and Spa closed to early and the spa was cold!

“This was agreat place to stay. Lots of resturants and shopping with in walking distance. Staff was top notch! This hotel has a grewat Business center. Parking is ok. Not bad just on street side of hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

• Beautiful hotel. I arrive an hour early, but they were able to find a room. Great location across from a mall and food and convenient to the freewayl
• I have no complaints.

“Great location. Beautiful property. Beds and pillows were divine. Staff was helpful. Good internet access in lobby (free) and in rooms (for a fee). I will stay here again.”

• The pool was great, I loved the shower and

• Located in a nice area and has attractive lobby and restaurant, clean rooms and friendly staff.
• Nothing.

“We were impressed by the friendly service at the registration desk but were very surprised to find that our room was used and in a mess (housekeeping forgot to clean). However, as soon as we informed the front desk of our situation, they apologized and quickly gave us a different room and two breakfast coupons for the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed our stay there even though it was only one night.”

• The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

• Beds comfy, rooms clean.
• Pool was warm, but could have been cleaner, the water was cloudy.

“I booked two rooms, 1 room was for my three older children and I was hoping to get adjoining rooms, but did not. The front desk did give us rooms next to each other. Would have been nice if they had a small fridge and micro. With three kids they are always leftovers. The pool was small according to my kids, but warm. I thought the water was cloudy and could have been kept cleaner. But the kids enjoyed their stay and that is all I cared about on a family trip.”

• Very conveniently located next to the freeway, shopping, businesses, great neighborhood, excellent for conferences, reception, all functions, free internet.
• I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel.

“This is definitely the hotel I would like to stay at every time I visit the Greater Los Angeles area. The hotel is surrounded by corporate offices, the Performing Arts Center and all kinds of restaurants, Wal-Mart, Office Depot and Best Buy just to mention a few. Conveniently located next to the freeway and only 10 minutes drive to Knotts Berry Farm and 15 minutes to Disneyland!”

• Staff was all very friendly.
• No shuttle service, hard to navigate to theme parks with no car.

“The hotel was very nice overall. The gift shop could have a few more amenities for sale other than the few post cards. A better shuttle system would be nicer, I was told that it was not operating, and then told it went within 3 miles, then told it only went to the mall. I decided to take taxi cabs instead. The staff was very attentive and I felt appreciated as a guest, customer service can make or break a stay. This made my stay! Room service, the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff was all wonderful.”

“The room was sparse, about the same as your average Days Inn or Travelodge. A big disappointment. The staff was very stoic, not friendly at all, and not so responsive to needs. They put us in the far corner of the hotel, far from everything.”

• The Hotel itself was breathtaking.
• The parking is shared with a business mall.

“For once, I did not have to fight with the front desk for a room with double beds. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, there was only 1 bellhop, and 1 luggage cart so we had to carry all of our things up to the 4th floor unassisted. Also, the hotel parking was further than the adjacent business parking.”

• Great location & very friendly staff!
• Negligible, but elevators are in an odd spot/ people would wander past if not told, and then meander around the lobby searching- perhaps a chic little sign?

“Was in town for a concert at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center. Everything about this hotel was perfect for that + more; shopping & restaurants were just across the street & very convenient; clean accommodations; friendly staff through-out/ even the cool Bulgarian bartender! It was a wonderful weekend, including my stay here.”

• Location. It is near the mall and very convenient for shopping.
• Breakfast buffet in the 91 grill restaurant. Too pricey but not much to offer.

“The room was nice and beds were very comfortable. However the service was terrible. There was no menu or information about near by restaurants in the hotel.”

• Clean and professional.

“I called ahead twice and was not able to request specific bed sizes. When we arrived we were given the last room available-king bed and a rollaway. They said their only obligation was to sleep 2 people. We were definitely second-class citizens in the eyes of the desk employees. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. Clean, nice amenities. Staff was professional, except for above comment.”

• I liked the comfort of the king size bed in my room.
• I did not like that there wasn't a free wireless internet access.

“My visit at the Sheraton was very relaxing and met all of my expectations. As soon as you walk into the lobby and see the water displays you can tell you are in a high quality hotel. I was able to lie out at the pool or get up and walk down the street and go shopping at the town center across the street. I would definitely plan another stay at the Sheraton.”

• The Sheraton Cerritos is a very clean and well maintained property with a courteous staff.
• I found nothing negative to write about this hotel.

“My family visited Sheraton Cerritos at townie center on a recent visit to knot's berry farm. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the property was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. From families to the business traveler.”

• Nice hotel, fairly long drive to Disneyland, but good location.
• They did not have any rooms with two beds, and I was traveling with two teens.

“Overall this was a nice hotel. My biggest complaint would actually be the charge and hassle for wireless - I do not understand why nice hotels cannot provide wireless Internet to their customers without a third party taking the money.”

• The staff were very helpful in giving directions to certain attractions. They printed out a map to help us out.
• Everything was good.

“The hotel is located in a very nice area of town. Close to shops, restaurants and local attractions. It has a very helpful staff. Printed out maps to help us find certain attractions in the area. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel for the family and for business use!!”

• Clean, very attractive hotel.
• Noisy at night, staff is not readily receptive without threats.

“I was there for 6 nights, on the second night I was waken at 12 at night by loud noises in the restaurant below my room and requested to have the noise lowered, they said they would but did not. Also, on the 5th night, they put drug smokers in the next room on a non-smoking floor and I had to threaten them to call the police if they didn't move them”

• The hotel itself is very nice.
• Terrible TV choices, staff did not try to help with double room after being told by desk I could have one.

“This hotel is very nice overall, but I called and put in my request for a double room since I had 2 teenage boys and a 10 yr old daughter with me. They gave me a single bed and though they said they would try to move me. The bed itself was very nice, the shower head was quite low with little water pressure, and the hotel restaurant closed very early. Also, the TV is not children friendly unless you wish to pay for otherwise free Disney Channel programming at $3.95/episode. I have stayed here before and it is a good location between Disneyland and Long Beach, but the staff should have been a little more interested in helping us with our sleeping arrangements, though they did send up a roll-away bed for free. Overall it is certainly a nice hotel and had we not had the sleeping issues it would have been fine.”

• Clean, Friendly Bigger rooms. Down comforter on the beds and down pillows.
• Pool was small. Gym was small

“Stayed here a couple of times. Close to lots of shopping, movies, and resturaunts. Nice area. They even folded our clothes we left out on the bed.”

• Our call ahead to the hotel to confirm room-type was not honored.

“Called ahead to hotel to arrange for 2 double beds; that request was confirmed over the phone with the hotel. Upon arrival, there was no regular beds, only a roll-down sofa-bed! And this was a 3-star hotel! No other rooms available. Completely inadequate for the 4 people we had in the room.”

• Nothing, everything was convenient especially with a shopping center and various restaurants across the street.

“A beautiful hotel located close to the Performing Arts Center and shopping and restaurants close by. I was greeted by a team of friendly staff at the door and at the check-in counter. The room was clean and very inviting.”
