• The only thing I can say is it had a spa in the bathroom!
• Too cramped, I am glad I wasn't in a wheelchair cause I'd sue.

“I was on crutches, I had to climb over the bed just to go to the bathroom, it was smelly will not ever go there again. You can't even see the ocean, and they told me I could see the ocean. That's right, I'll rate this one a (3).”

• Close to beach.
• Could not hear HBO. TV didn't have remote.

“The Hotel had a musty smell and the TV didn't have a remote nor could we hear HBO. HBO sound was scrambled. We will probably stay at a different hotel next time. The management was very nice.”

• Sheets were clean (not with harsh industrial detergent)
• Plain, no fridge, in-room coffee pot, no bath towels

“At the time it was built, it probably did have an "Ocean view." It's built on the east side of PCH (Pacific Coast Hwy), and there's a ton of 2-story houses on the west side of PCH. There was no actual Ocean "View", but there was still the nice smell of the ocean.”

• The location. It was across from the ocean.
• The room was the most expensive with a Jacuzzi. It was a huge disappointment. Small, bare, musty smelling.

“Great location. Disappointing rooms. Small, bare, crowded. You forget you are across from the beach when you are in the room. The feel is more like skid row L.A. Very disappointed to say the least.”

• Everything was great! everybody was very helpful with all questions, a very happy customer.
