• Clean, comfortable and well located.
• Vending machines were not well stocked.

• Clean.
• Breakfast was not included.

“I coach travel soccer teams and we stayed at this hotel as well as the Staybridge Suites located next door. This hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff is also helpful. The hotel next door was only six months old.”

• The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The refrigerators and microwave were a nice bonus.
• The bathroom was small and the vanity was outside the toilet/shower area. The overall decor was bland and somewhat dated.

“This is a clean hotel with friendly staff in a good, central location. This is probably not the nicest hotel in the area. There are now newer ones but it is far from the worst and our experience was good. The rooms come with a refrigerator and a microwave which is a nice bonus.”

• The beds were so comfortable & linens were of nicer quality.
• Pool area could have been bigger.

“This was an extremely good value for the money we spent. It had high quality linens, comfortable beds, rooms were very clean with no stained carpet, and business center came in handy when we needed to print our boarding passes for the next day's flight. Guest services were friendly and helpful at the snap of a finger! Wireless internet was fast and free. Great hotel for the money and comfortable. We will stay there again and would recommend it to others!”

• Convenient to freeway.
• Little pricey for the quality.

“It was clean, but wasn't anything too special. I think this particular hotel should be given a 2.5 star rating, and not 3. The one perk was that a standard room did have a microwave and refrigerator- good if I were staying more than one night.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The beds need replacing and the breakfast buffet needs help.

“This is a nice hotel, the breakfast buffet wasn't that great, but the Chicken Alfredo at Dinner was the best! And free WiFi is always a plus.”

• Friendly and helpful staff.
• Loud air conditioners and bathroom fans.

“This hotel met our needs very well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom linens are thick and luxurious. We enjoyed the microwave and fridge as well as the in room coffee makers. Our drivers were ready to race and finished quite well at the Willow Springs track on Sunday!!”

• The hotel was old looking and needs to be remodeled.

“I know I can't expect much from a 2.5 Star Hotel so overall my experience at The Holiday Inn located in Palmdale, CA was okay. There are a few other hotels that I would have preferred staying at (in Palmdale, CA).”

• Comfortable room, friendly staff.
• Seemed to be quite a few emergency vehicle sirens, traveling down the streets, throughout the night.

“If you want a comfortable room, an onsite restaurant with some fairly good food, and very friendly staff, then this just might be the place for you. I will definitely stay there again.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even called to see if we needed anything.
• The heater was a problem and our electronic keys had to be re-keyed several times.

“Wonderful experience...better than two other hotels that I have stayed in while visiting the Lancaster area. Very close to the mall, movie theatre, and good restaurants. Easy access to the freeway.”

• The staff greeted me promptly. Check in was easy.
• My stay was short. I have no negative comments.

“Holiday Inn was very easy access off Hwy 14. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely helpful.”

“Nice enough hotel for a Holiday Inn- wish the staff were more helpful though. The bar was never open when we were around, as well as the restaurant.”

• Location to freeway.
• Service and quality were poor, broken toilet and broken ac in room.

“This hotel has a great appearance , but when I checked in I received a room that was not as I was requested , and was told that because I used a "prebooking " service I had to take what I was given and that was that , I then checked in the room where I ten minutes after my arrival discovered the bathroom floor to be covered in water from a broken toilet , to my dismay I called the front desk and was moved to a room with a working toilet what they forgot to mention was the broken air conditioner in the new room , so two rooms with out proper working appliances , I was told that there were no more rooms available and I would have to tough the night out. It's sad that they treated me like a second class citizen! Usually I get great rooms and great service. I was also disheartened to find it cheaper on hotwire.com well lesson learnt.”

• The room was clean and there was not a hint of any smoke, which was very nice.
• I was charged for the room by the hotel, and had to correct the mistake when I checked out.

“The hotel is in Palm dale, so a traveler is either on there way to another destination, there for business, or there visiting family. For these purposes the hotel is great. It is near the freeway, nearby many tech businesses, clean, comfortable, and, has a simply but nice bar in the lobby for a drink after a hard day in the dry blowing heat.”

• Good location, easy access and close to stores.
• Would like to have a window that opens more than 6". Parking spaces very tight.

“Nice and clean. Room service was quick and server very friendly. Front desk employees very cheerful and helpful. Nice size rooms however the parking spaces are very tight and limited in quantity. Hard to park our mini-van between anything larger than a compact cars.”

• Lots of parking, friendly staff.
• Parking was too dark, pay per view movies were expensive.

“The only thing that I didn¿t like was that the cleaning staff was doing their cleaning early in the morning, did not give a chance too relax in the morning, I was taking a shower when the cleaning lady walked in to my room on my last day at the hotel, but over all good experience. Thanks.”

• Location to my work assignment and it was clean.
• No stair access to rooms and the bed was too hard.

“Decent hotel for the price. I hate elevators and need the exercise so I was disappointed that there was no stair access from the first floor lobby to the rooms. To take a staircase I would have had to go around the back of the hotel and have maintenance open the door. I could, however, descend the staircase but still had to walk around to the lobby.”

• Hotel was up to Holiday Inn Corp standards, as far as cleanliness and taste.

“I am not sure of all the details as of yet and won't receive a copy of my AMEX billing statement until the 28th of November. ”

• Comfortable beds and no shortage of pillows.
• Cannot think of anything to dislike.

“The staff is pleasant, the rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable with four good pillows each, the pool area is clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator and microwave in our room. And they were lenient with late check outs.”

• Hotel staff remembered my name during subsequent encounters at the registration desk.
• Confusion behind movie rental activation from my credit card.

“Decent hotel to stay. The food was good and the staff was pleasant; however, a detached semi truck was parked on curb of entryway blocking view of cars exiting parking lot. I recommend that they periodically patrol parking to ensure no vehicles are abandoned or placed in hazardous situations.”

• Not enough rooms with 2-beds.
