“In room we found the framing around the broken bathroom mirror was removed and placed between the bed and wall. The clock in room made a loud static noise all night even after we shut our cell phones off. The drain plug on the sink was shut and we were unable to release. The front desk area was very nice and the employees were very professional. We were disappointed when we got into the rooms, but it was only for a one night stay so we kept our mouths shut.” Oct 4, 2007 by

“I came to LA for a one-week conference, together with my mother. We wanted a place to sleep for 7 nights - close to the Convention Centre and where we could rest well. The Comfort Inn was very quiet and overall exactly what we needed. It has free parking and a shuttle service running from 9am to 5pm (not exceptionally precise, but if you are not in a hurry, very helpful). Great continental breakfast. Clean (it was only slightly bothersome that the room air was a bit stale, but keeping the door open for a few minutes at night was enough to solve that). Conclusion: A cheap, comfortable place that made our stay smooth and problem-free.” Sep 13, 2007 by

“This hotel was what I expected. The area isn't the best of neighborhoods but there are several other businesses in the vicinity. The parking is within the hotel property so vehicles can't be seen from street level. Pretty good hotel to rest and recover from your day. I would definitely stay there again.” Aug 21, 2007 by

“Hotel was in central location. Nice second floor room with partial view of queen marry and city skyline. The front desk staff was helpful, even after I mentioned an ant problem in the bathroom, which was taken care of while out of the room. Only other complaint was the squeaky dryers in the nearby laundry room at night. Would recommend to others.” Aug 4, 2007 by

“Good, clean, and comfortable room at a reasonable price.” Mar 10, 2007 by

“I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff working was very friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay there again.” Jan 31, 2007 by

“The hotel was very dirty and run-down. The light switches were covered with "gunk" and the shower floor was so built up with grease that it was slick. We even saw at least one bug scurry across the blanket. Despite being a so-called "non-smoking" room, it reached of cigarette smell and the blankets were covered with cigarette burns. ” Jan 29, 2007 by

“The hotel was run down, the window screen was broken and the room was far from clean, very far. There was gunk built up on the light switches and on the floor of the shower, there were hairs on the sheets and we saw at least one bug scurry across the blanket. Despite being a so-called non-smoking room, the room reached of cigarette smoke and the blankets were full of cigarette burns. In this instance, however, the adage that "you get what you pay for" turned out to be very accurate. I would not recommend this hotel.” May 27, 2006 by

“Overall was a pleasant stay. This area of hotels is a bit pricey, which is why I choose this hotel, it is a distance away from where I was doing my business, but the price prevails.” Apr 30, 2006 by

“This is a very basic hotel with clean rooms. It is not the kind of place that I would recommend a single woman stay because of the area in which it is located. The staff seemed nice enough and the maid left clean towels and made the beds. It can be noisy, especially when other guests drive motorcycles (and some did). I lost Internet service twice (it is wireless) and provided as part of the hotel room price (free).” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Apr 27, 2006 by

“Over all good. stayed three nights and twice when we returned to our room we were locked out. staff was nice however and rooms were a good size and clean. the free wireless Internet also came in handy for finding services and places to go.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 27, 2006 by

“The hotel was fine but I was unhappy with the location. It was an older, run down business area and about four miles from central Long Beach.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
