• Pool and continental breakfast was good.
• Dirty and filthy!

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room was filthy! The carpet was dark green and I could see stains on it. There were water stains around the door and on the ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling, especially around the door and under the sink. There were drips of various colors and textures on the bathroom walls and door. I didn't even take a shower! The worst thing was that every time the guest above us flushed the toilet (which we could hear), our room smelled badly! This, combined with the water stain on the ceiling by the bathroom, was really bad! I could hardly sleep. We had reservations for 8 nights, but only stayed 1 night. This hotel misrepresents itself as being near Old Town Pasadena. It is not near Old Town Pasadena. It is not too far, but there are a lot of hotels that are closer - and cleaner. This hotel is also in a pretty bad part of town and on a main (loud) street. I do not recommend you stay here. The prices are low, but it is not worth it.”

• Free breakfast surpassed expectations.
• Rooms a bit dumpy, although large.

“The hotel loses points beause it is a bit run down & un-maintained, but for one night it's just fine. Large room w/ ample TV choices.”

“This hotel was a good middle of the road option. It was not fancy, but it was clean; the staff was friendly, the pool and spa were clean. Would stay here again.”

• It was convenient to where I needed to go without staying downtown or being in the hood.
• Online services was not compatible with my laptop.

“Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night and was close to where I needed to be without being downtown. Breakfast was adequate and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, WiFi was unable to tap into.”

• Easy in and out close to my event and very nice staff.
• I use a wheel chair and the access to the room was not roll able.

“We had a good stay. We had 4 people in our room and the room was big enough for our needs. The pool was nice and clean. They had pool towels so you did not have to use your room towels. I liked this. Small breakfast area well stocked good coffee. All in all a very good stay.”

• Friendly service, clean, comfortable bed.
• Noisy because of busy main road, better continental breakfast selections.

“Would stay here again. Comfortable bed, friendly employees, good service. Noisy road but it didn't affect my sleep.”

“This hotel was not comfortable or in a very good part of town. It was the worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at and find it hard to even give it a 1 star.”

• Great service, clean, and met expectations--price very good for LA area.
• Bathroom fan rattled while on--annoying but no that big of a deal.

“Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Ample parking even for the Friday Saturday I stayed over (on Oscar night weekend) --- mall/target was 2 blocks away and within walking distance. Pool was being scrubbed, and not able to be used-- but it was raining sheets anyways. The 101, 2, and 5 interstates are not far (within 2 miles) and the area is very safe. This is right on the cusp of LA/Glendale city limits-- 5 minutes from LA Zoo or Dodgers stadium.”

• Very clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, ample parking.
• There is nothing I can think of that I disliked about this hotel.

“I stayed two nights while attending a car show in Burbank. I found the staff extremely friendly/helpful. The room was clean and the facility rather quiet in the evenings. The hotel is close to the freeway, gas stations, shopping, and dining -all within a short walk. The neighborhood was not too bad and I felt rather safe strolling about.”

• The rooms were all recently remodeled and very clean.
• People were smoking outside on the balcony and the smell traveled into our room.

“For the price, this was a good deal. The rooms appeared to have recently been remodeled. The front desk staff was very accommodating and the place was right next to a Starbucks!!! It doesn't get much better than that.”

• Some very nice neighborhood dinning just down the road, convenient market.
• All cement, pool not inviting-at least not in March.
