• The staff was friendly.
• Old and the safety of the hotel, specifically the door locks.

“Because it is an older hotel and lacks the appropriate security, I would not recommend this hotel.”

• It was centrally located for the business I had to do in the area.
• The overall noise.

“This establishment is located near the freeway for easy access, but you get the freeway noise in the trade off. Staff was knowledgeable about the area, and overall it is a good experience staying here.”

• Absolutely nothing disgusting. I was ripped off.
• This place was disgusting underneath an overpass. I was ripped off.

“Not only was this the most disgusting place I have ever stayed it was miles away from where I wanted to be. Plus, there wasn't even a showerhead in our shower! I am still angry about this situation. Disappointed is an understatement for how I feel.”

• 2 1/2 star rating for a 1-star hotel is ridiculous.

• Conveniently located between tourist destinations.
• No rooms available with two beds.

“The hotel facilities were poor - the air conditioner was loud and had to be on constantly to get minimal cooling; no ventilation in the bathroom; toilet was leaking inside which made it constantly make a flushing noise; half the outlets in the room didn't work; not enough linens; wiring was patched together and shorted out consecutive alarm clocks; pool was miniscule and scummy. I can't imagine why this hotel was rated so highly; it should be downgraded to at least 2 stars if not 1.5.”

• Wireless internet access.
• Charge for two beds = rack rate.

“Conveniently located near Hwy. Rooms are clean. Wireless internet access is nice but slow. Bathroom is small and tight.”

• It was so close to the highway that we left, too noisy.
