• The room was very outdated and small.

• Free internet and free breakfast. very handy!
• Terrible pillows.

• The location was convenient.
• High speed internet was of poor signal and speed.

“I would have actually loved this hotel (its proximity to the new Americana shopping center was a big and unexpected plus), if only one simple thing was fixed: High speed internet had a
very weak signal and very slow speed. This made our stay here absolutely dreadful.”

• Near Americana complex.
• The facilities were average at best. At least our room was not made up on time on daily basis. The toilet was loose and we reported the problem.

• The location.
• The door lock was not working and hadn't been replaced.

“This hotel was friendly and comfortable, the location was excellent. The only negative was the door lock and being on the ground floor did not make me feel too safe. I used my tire iron wagged under the door, then I felt better.”

“The staff was very nice and the location was perfect. We went there for state boards and for the money it was a great room. We would recommend it for the shopping, all walking distance.”
