- After reading reviews about this hotel I was a little skeptical however I was totally satisfied for the price I paid. The location was ideal.
- There are hardly any outlets in the room.

- Good quality bed, nice room and close to MTA.
“The Sheraton staff was more than pleasant and helpful. Our request for two beds, upper floor, away from elevators was met. The beds are extremely comfortable. We liked the location for proximity to Metro line, but at night, it's pretty deserted around downtown LA. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would stay there again.”

- The lobby decor was stunning.
- The doorman/valet was horrible.
“Well our first impression was horrible due to the doorman/valet who treated us very rudely. Apart from that the lobby decor is stunning. Our room was nice with a great view of downtown Los Angeles. The staff was very helpful and apologetic for the doorman and compensated us well.”

- Very well located near Fisherman's Wharf, very clean, easy access, friendly, upscale but casual.
- Long corridors to some rooms. Small bathroom counters (we had a handicapped room so).
“We found the hotel to be everything that we had hoped for. Great location. If you want to be near Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars, Ghirardelli Square then this is a great hotel. Well priced, clean and friendly. We did not eat at the hotel but it looked like they had a great breakfast buffet ($20). You will not be disappointed.”

- Centrally located in downtown LA, friendly staff, clean rooms.
- The shower was well below expectation. Shower head was very small and the water didn't have enough pressure.
“Overall nice. When you walk in it's very spacious with a full bar by the lobby. The shopping center by the hotel is cool, and there are lots of restaurants for every budget within walking distance. I didn't like the bathroom though the shower head was very small and there wasn't enough water pressure, so you kind of had to stand really close to the shower head to get fully soaked. They also charge you if you want to use their wireless internet. Overall a very comfortable stay if you're not going to be there for more than a couple days. The bed was big and comfy.”

- Convenient to the location that I had travel to.
- I did not like the bathroom shower, way too small.
“Overall I had a fantastic stay, I love the view, close to the locations I had to travel to. Otherwise the only thing that I was not satisfy was that the restroom shower was way too small, and the Parking Valet $24 per day I think that was very expensive. I even tip the Valet driver. So that's why I gave this hotel a 3 star rating.”

“I was greatly disappointed. Parking is a nightmare with any significant luggage. (It's a long walk). And a parking fee of $22 a night. Lobby more resembles a standard hotel from the 60's than any kind of 4 star hotel. Way over priced for what you get! Crappy, old TV with few channels. Keys didn't work and I had to go all the way down to the front desk again and wait in line. Check-in poorly staffed. The clerk said she was comping my water and then I was charged for it. It was clean and the bed was of good quality.”

“The hotel does not provide the rooms with information about the amenities of the hotel. We could not find an ice machine/vending machine, workout facility, etc. We had no idea of the dining possibilities or hours of operations for the bar/eating facilities. - We asked for a card table and chairs to accommodate 6 at cards, however, this was impossible for them to meet.

- Room design was a little tame, would like them to be lusher.
“This is a very decent hotel in downtown la. Good location near restaurants. Nice staff and lobby and rooms. I would like them to be a little less conservative with room design, but otherwise can't complain. Bed was very comfortable. Parking valet was fast and easy. I am not sure what the person was talking about who walked through a dark parking lot? The lot was lit and they bring your car to door.”

- There were a few ants on a table in the room.
“I've stayed at many hotels in downtown Los Angeles. No one ever wants to pay $25+ for hotel parking. This by far was the easiest to find parking on the street. I booked a regular room but I think we got a large suite (2 separate rooms in the suite - 1 bedroom the size of regular hotel rooms, and another room which was the living area, etc.). Front desk did not inform us of this when we checked in, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise!”

- No hot water for shower in evening.
“A little far (walking) from downtown locations like Disney concert hall. Hotel in general is nice though a little old and things in guest room are a bit worn out. Worst problem is no water for shower in the evening.”
