“Clean, quiet, downtown with easy access to the venue we went too.”

• Nothing!
• Bad location, suspicious people, dirty rooms, no electric outlet covers, have to pay for ice.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Besides all of the above negative items, there was old, moldy, drapes thrown in the corner under steps, you had to pay for ice, the other residents were not of the type of character you would consider safe to be around.”

• Near to downtown LA and easily accessible by public transport.
• The neighbourhood seemed unsafe at night.

“Ok place, only advantage that its near downtown LA and has parking. But the place seemed to be frequented by shady characters.”

• The hotel was is a very convenient location to Wilshire.
• The room, while clean, was very run down.

“The hotel is in a poor neighborhood. Although we did not feel unsafe, I would not venture around after dark. The room was very clean, though rundown. Chair, table, and TV stand were all broken. Bed was very hard. However, we had low expectations due to the price. My husband and I were not on a leisure trip. We had to visit an embassy on Wilshire and were looking for function, which we got. It was fine for our purpose and would stay there again if we attended something at the Staples center or needed to go to Wilshire. As far as a vacation, I would go elsewhere to be more comfortable.”

• The bathroom was nice, if you don't count the blood splatter.
• It had a fridge.

“The beds were hard, the room smelled of urine, and we did not feel safe at all. We were up checking on our car every few minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. It reminded me of a fleabag motel that charges $20 a night, or hourly. I was very disappointed and disgusted that I paid as much as I did to stay there. ”
