• Location.
• Parking cost $28 per day.

“Location good, cosmetically nice. However, I asked several times ahead of time if I could get a ride to Universal Studios. They advertise rides within a 3 mile area. I called ahead of time & they replied no problem. But, when we asked for the ride, twice they said they couldn't & the ride wasn't guaranteed. We would have purchased a rental car.....”

• This hotel does not have a pool. The parking was expensive, considering that street parking was free.

• No parking - valet parking at $28/night.

“The hotel was nice and close to our interests, but when we checked in they charged us $28/night valet plus tax. This was unexpected and not listed anywhere, so in the end, it costs us another ~$65 for parking which resulted in not net saving versus staying in another hotel which did not charge for parking. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

• Sheets were clean.
• No self parking.

“No self-parking. Underground parking for "valet" only at $24/night. Only option is to find a spot on nearby streets. Room was unremarkably plain considering the price. Walls were paper thin and could hear everything going on in rooms on each side. Inside security lock on door was broken. No "do not disturb" card in room so we could not sleep in undisturbed. No automatic express check out - had to go down to front desk. No soap in bathtub/shower - only one small round piece of soap available on bathroom sink. Definitely not worth the price they charge...”
