• Has kitchenette.

“We were check in at 7pm and a sign was posted in the main lobby that we need to come back after 1 hour to check in.”

• It had a kitchenette and they upgraded my room because they didn't have a room ready at time of check-in.
• Some loud yelling and slamming of door.

• Location is convenient, staff was nice.
• Staff is at times so busy the phone isn't answered right away, but they are doing there best.

• Customer service.
• Room was horrible holes in the screens, floor was nasty.

“I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and this was the worst room I have encounter at that hotel. I would not ever recommend anyone to stay under those conditions.”

• Convenient location to stores and freeways.
• Front desk staff was rarely friendly, continental breakfast was terrible.
  

“The hotel was acceptable, some of the staff was friendly but others were not. The bed was comfortable but there were stains on the blanket and bedspread. The remote for the TV only worked half the time and the towels were dingy.
”

• Did not like it at all. The room was very small. The bed was very small. The lobby, elevator, hallways and room smelled and overall felt dirty.
• It was lacking in many ways. The entire place was claustrophobic and felt dirty.

“Would not recommend it at all. My rating would be a 1 if anything. It is really kind of flea bagish.”

• Price and location.
• Bathroom sink didn't flow well. No soap/shampoo.

“I was in SoCal for a wedding and wanted value lodging. Great price, good location and room was clean. Minor things I didn't like - the water in the bathroom sink came out like a strong spray and there wasn't even mini shampoo or soap, but I just bought them at a convenience store.”

• Convenient location, good parking, easy in/out between building and parking.
• It's really nothing but a room. No grounds, no pool, no restaurant, no nothing else.

“These are really more like efficiency apartments than hotel rooms. Very little in the way of public spaces or amenities (e.g., pool, workout room, meeting rooms) except for an apartment-style laundry room. Front desk is not staffed 24 hours. If this hotel had been in a lesser part of town, I'd have been concerned for my safety. There wasn't much in the way of visible security.”

• Kitchen in room, price was cool.
• Had to change rooms leak made puddle in bathroom floor, also bad stains on carpet, seemed like blood.

“The hotel is alright for the price. The first night our room was fine nothing fancy but clean. After We checked out we decided to stay a second night. The room we got had what looked like blood stains on the carpet, a leak in bathroom and the light by the bed had a broken switch. We call the front desk about the leak that was causing a water puddle in the bathroom. Someone came and took a look and then they got us another room about 30mins later. The hotel is ok clean but a little ran down.”

• There was a young lady who worked the front desk that made up for the dirty rooms.
• The rooms were so dirty we switched rooms, only to be given a room with food on the counter and dirty dishes in the cupboard.

“Excellent location, outside was beautiful and rooms are in need of serious attention.”
