• Close to airport.
• Ugly building.

“The receptionist was competent enough; by LA standards (we saw some atrocious service in this city). The room was clean and comfortable; there wasn't too much road noise. It's in Inglewood, which is a poorer area, but we had no problems there.”

• Nothing. Staff ruined the whole thing especially being a repeat customer quite a few times now.
• Staff.

“If you are not worried about hidden costs and how the staff treat you, I would stay there. Otherwise there is another Super 8 that is closer to the airport that has free shuttle bus. Will be staying there in the future.”

• The hotel was located about 10 minutes from the airport. They had shuttle transportation service which was very convenient.
• The night stay was not too great. Some other guest were quite noisy and the hotel management did not do anything about it. We could not sleep!

“Some other guest at the hotel were quite noisy and did not let anyone sleep. There was music playing really loud from a car and people walking the hallways all night long. The motel management did nothing to control the noise pollution. This motel is out of the question for business travelers who need their rest and senior citizens.”

• It was Smokey, the bathroom was also smelled bad.

“Not a good place. Bad neighborhood, the bathroom smelled bad. Not a comfortable or friendly place at all.”

• It was close to the airport.
• It was listed as having a airport shuttle which is why I selected it but there was a charge for the shuttle so this was not an asset to the hotel.

“Clean and comfortable, seemed safe but was not in the safest/best area of town. They charge for their airport shuttle.”

• Conveniently located and service acceptable.
• Hotel lately change policy and not able to provide 24 hour shuttle service.

“Hotel is centrally located and convenient. Service is basic and satisfies hotel rating. Owner should think of some other flexible services to attract clients e.g. extend checkout time, ensure shuttle service especially for incoming clients.”

• Lobby decor was inviting and the entrance with slate at the elevator was a smart and tasteful touch.
• Room carpet was rather worn and dirty as was the bathroom, tub and shower curtain had worn in dirt stains.

“Very quite for having planes flying right by. Really liked the shuttle service, short ride. Friendly staff. Could use some reconditioning especially with the carpet in the rooms and the bathrooms. Great location and reasonable price.”

• Clean secure and a great mattress close to lax.
• Cold breakfast was lousy.

“If you need to stay close to lax and not spend allot of money. This place is great. Clean secure and has a great mattress. Rooms are family small but ok. Do not stay for the breakfast.”

• Wireless internet did not work, unsafe, unclean, unfriendly/helpful staff poor experience.

“I have stayed in some dumps before, but, this one takes the cake. The door lock worked every 15-20 swipes, there was a gap around the door of about 1'' so light came through. The wireless internet did not work, the staff was not helpful. You would need a bio-hazard suit to go near it, and the other one was out of order. Need I go on. ”

“My wife was in CA visiting her ill father. I made the reservation at Super 8, over the Internet. She arrived at the motel and found it to be in a very poor unsafe location. She did not feel it was a place for her to stay alone with our daughter. She found another motel in a better location.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the location close to the airport.
