“I love it, everything was really good, I would like to be more day but I couldn't. The only problem is not free Internet in the room.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Jason from Glendale,CA
“The hotel was very nice and I really looked forward to staying there and getting some rest, especially after feeling how soft the bed was. Well all was great until the middle of the night when the guests next door began slamming their door every 2 minutes and talking and laughing very loud. I called to complain and the noise stopped for about 30 min. then started up again and went on all night. I called again in the early morning about 6am or so yes the party or whatever was still going on! and the noise stopped again briefly. By about 7:30 or so they were finally silent and my girlfriend and I were able to get 2 hours of sleep which is what I came there for! The staff downstairs were very helpful and were almost tripping over themselves trying to make it right.” Jul 20, 2009 by
Diane from Idyllwild,CA
“This hotel is very quiet for being by the airport. The staff was helpful and the food in the Daily Grill was very good, although a bit pricey. Know you will pay for parking each day and it is high for the area the hotel is in. Still, we would go back tomorrow.” Jun 23, 2009 by
Stan from Tulare,CA
“The staff was very helpful to help us with shuttle service on our little vacation. Made sure that we had the telephone number to call them to be picked up. Made sure to tell us where they where picking us up.” Jun 11, 2009 by
David from Burlington,NC
“Very clean, recently remodeled. Parking access is a bit goofy. No free wireless.” Jun 2, 2009 by
Jennifer from Tehachapi,CA
“My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Our room was all the way at the end of the hall, next to the only other person that we could tell was on the floor who was very noisy. The second day our room was not cleaned and room service trays with food on them were left in the hallway for many hours. The positive was that when we complained, the $15 daily parking fees were waived.” May 31, 2009 by
Rodolfo from Chandler,AZ
“Overall this hotel was a great experience. Comfortable, and restful best fits the room. We looked forward to going back to our room, and the end of our day.” May 6, 2009 by
Julietta from Goleta,CA
“The hotel is nicely remodel, clean, however, we couldn't sleep well, it was too noisy.” Apr 28, 2009 by
Marc from Emeryville,CA
“Our overall experience was horrible. Hair strands were on the bed cover and pillows upon coming into a fresh room. Fresh linen was brought up and left behind for my pregnant wife to take care of changing. We had to prepare our own bed! We came in at a late hour and the hotel was understaffed to help us with our needs. The guest next door had a 7:30 am wake up call and startled us from our sleep and it felt like there was someone in our room using the bathroom. The hotel also had a convention going on so the staff was super busy and it was hard to get help with our needs. This hotel is not designed for families.” Apr 17, 2009 by
Eric from Tonto Basin,AZ
“The hotel is a great location for business travelers. The lobby was always crowded; the business center was full of people chatting with trash strewn on the counters; and they made a racket until after 1:00 am in the halls. These are all things that the hotel should have made certain did not happen, especially after we brought it to their attention. We had to ask three times for a refrigerator before one was brought up on our second day there - and it was big clunker that did not fit under the counter and took up the space in front of the window of the room. Charging guests $14/day for parking is excessive; meanwhile, handicapped guests parked for free.” Mar 11, 2009 by
Ira from San Jose,CA
“Great location, can walk here from Burbank Airport, but there is no airplane noise! Hotel is very nicely appointed, recent renovation was very well done, definitely with an upscale feel.” Mar 5, 2009 by
Leticia from San Bernardino,CA
“No king beds and refrigerators in all rooms. Not in our room.” Feb 19, 2009 by
Susie from Chino Hills,CA
“This is a nice place to stay right across the street from the Burbank Airport. The rooms are clean and the bedding is fabulous. I wish I could have stayed in bed all day. If it weren't for the $14 parking per day I would be a hotel.” Feb 3, 2009 by
Lisa from Everett,WA
“Great hotel, close to lots of things. I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel again.” Jan 28, 2009 by
Richard from Seattle,WA
“The hotel was comfortable and convenient since you could see it from the airport. I was disappointed to see that there was a $14 per day charge for parking and a $12 per day charge for hooking up my computer in the room.” Jan 15, 2009 by
Charlene from Redwood City,CA
“This is a great hotel for business travelers that need access to the airport. Has a business center and nice sitting areas for casual meetings.” Jan 2, 2009 by
Anita from Chicago,IL
“This hotel is a hop, skip & a jump from the Burbank Airport. There are several fast food restaurants within walking distance, along with a Starbucks. The hotel was clean and comfortable.” Dec 17, 2008 by
Zenaida from Upland,CA
“We had lots of noice with a baby crying all the time in the next room. Walls are too thin and it was very cold in the hall way.” Dec 15, 2008 by
June from Las Vegas,NV
“Very nice hotel. The restaurant Daily Grill was wonderful! The food was excellent for breakfast and especially dinner. Room service was excellent too. Be careful with the kids meals, I found my daughter to be allergic to some ingredient in the chicken fingers. She never has problems with any other restaurants chicken fingers. Maid service was very late.” Dec 7, 2008 by
Lori from Chula Vista,CA
“Very convenient location woth plenty for food placews within walking distance.” Nov 21, 2008 by
Tony from Fullerton,CA
“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to any one of my friends and aquaintances.” Nov 6, 2008 by

“Great hotel. Would definitely stay again. Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly - I left my sweater behind and they quickly found it for me. They accommodated our early check in w/o any problems. Bed was comfy. Shower hot and clean - no mildew here!” Nov 4, 2008 by
Melanie
“The stay was okay. Parking is $14 a day I think that is a bit extravagant.” Oct 27, 2008 by
Tom
“Great place for the business traveler or leisure travel with significant other.” Oct 21, 2008 by
“The Burbank Marriott is located conveniently acrss the street from Burbank Airport, near major freeways and the entire property has a modern, upscale feeling to it. Its a great value and a superb property.” Oct 17, 2008 by
Paul
“The hotel is in a good position, the place is clean, staff was friendly but the access to the hotel is restricted from the main road since building work is still ongoing. The extra car park fees are a pain and should be included in the price of the room; it doesn't make sense to charge an extra $14 dollars a day for parking when you're staying at the hotel. The car park is large but hotel guests don't have reserved parking. When checking in I had to park at the back of the car park and carry my bags quite a way through the car park and then building work to the reception. The decoration in the hallways reminded me of an old 2 star hotel. The rooms are great though, I was pleasantly surprised.” Oct 9, 2008 by
s “The hotel is under construction when I was there therefore we have to actually parked the car first and carry our laguagges to the front counter by ourselves.” Oct 4, 2008 by
Darryl
“I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is in renovation so that was a pain. No parking.” Oct 2, 2008 by
B
“The poor waiter said he was there since 7am! He messed up our order, parking was a far walk. The hotel was booked with 2 big events we were with 2 other families and really wanted to be close but couldn't be. Over all it was a nice stay.” Sep 11, 2008 by
Jeff from Burbank, CA
“The Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel has very lovely rooms. Each room is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi. The Marriott is located directly across the street from the Bob Hope Airport. It is close enough to actual walk to from the Terminals. They are currently remodeling and upgrading the rooms and grounds. I look forward to going back soon.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Fernando from Glendale, CA
“Hotel is still undergoing remodeling but the lobby which was completed recently looks fabulous, with lots of space to lounge; also the rooms are very modern with inputs for all sorts of personal electronic equipment; most importantly, the room was clean and attractive and the front desk staff was very friendly.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Jonathan from Glendale, AZ
“This hotel was a great find. I will go back in a Heartbeat.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Ruben from Chula Vista, CA
“This hotel is looking pretty nice, maybe after the day of completion (Nov, 2008) will look perfect for any traveler.” Sep 9, 2008 by
Judy from Laguna Niguel, CA
“This is a great hotel. I am a woman & stayed there alone. Felt very safe! Staff was very nice. Decor was relaxing and the hotel restaurant was excellent!” Sep 8, 2008 by
J from Abilene, TX
“Great stay! Excellent room, room service was great and the staff was wonderful!” Sep 6, 2008 by
Rodger from Ripon, CA
“This location lived up to Marriott's reputation - again, very upset I had no advanced warning about parking fees required.” Sep 4, 2008 by
Kristine from Delano, CA
“I had another good stay here. There were a couple of times when we had to take a longer way to access the parking lot and back because of construction. However, other than this inconvenience, the hotel was great!” Sep 3, 2008 by
Ruby from Chula Vista, CA
“I stayed during the weekend and was not too greatly affected by the loud noise from the construction that was going on. On one morning we were re-routed through the back area where the staff quarters were to get to the parking lot because of the construction.” Aug 23, 2008 by
Rose from Rancho Mirage, CA
“Location is excellent for travelers in/out of Bob Hope Burbank airport, but is undergoing renovations of the public rooms/lobby and when this is completed, should be fine. This is not a resort hotel, strictly a business hotel.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Jorene N. from Glendale, CA
“Excellent and clean hotel (considering the current renovations occurring) far exceeded beyond my expectations would highly recommend & refer friends & family!” Aug 21, 2008 by
Lance from San Diego, CA
“1. Hotel is under major construction renovation. 2. $14 per day to park in the middle of no where. 3. $10. for an internet connection. 4. Parking lot is a 5 minute walk away.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Lisa from Modesto, CA
“The Marriott rooms are perfect. From the bed to the Bathroom. Very clean and just plain comfortable!” Aug 21, 2008 by
Crystal from Visalia, CA
“The hotel was very nice and modern and very close to the airport and universal studios. The only problem I had was that we were freezing and the heater was spitting out cold air. We called and maintenance came up and fixed the heater, so we had hot air but then it wouldnt turn off so we were up and down all night long turning on then off trying to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Also The drain in the shower was clogged with a whole bunch of hair and I had to unclog it which was very disgusting then it was still slowly draining but better then nothing. Other then that it was nice and quiet.” Aug 18, 2008 by
Rob from Carlsbad, CA
“Great rooms. Excellent flat screen TV. Nice bathrooms and very well kept. Building is under major renovation, but will be nice when complete.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Brittany from Las Vegas, NV
“The location of the hotel was great being right across the street from the Burbank airport, food was ok, rooms clean and gym all new equipment. Really the only downfall of this hotel is the fee for parking. They charge $15 a day for paying guest at the hotel. This was the only downfall to staying at this hotel.” Aug 15, 2008 by
Beth from Vancouver, WA
“It's being re-done in the public areas and especially the lobby and entrances. When it is done it will be really nice but right now it is difficult to get to the entrance.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Al from Lompoc, CA
“A maze through a construction area to the lobby to start. The air conditioner in the room did not work and the room was right next to the elevator where the noisy people woke me up at 2:30AM. There are no microwaves or mini fridges in the room like in a 2 star hotel.” Aug 14, 2008 by
Kristina from Oxnard, CA
“The hotel was under construction when we stayed, so we had to take a long walking detour to the lobby. But upon finally arriving to the lobby, we found it very large and classy looking. Nice sitting areas, and beautiful wood work and art around the room. The hallway to our room looked newly painted and carpeted. The room was very large. It had a super comfortable bed with tons of pillows. We have a desk, and a separate lounging area. The bathroom was very clean and well lit. I'm looking forward to the additions after the renovation!” Aug 9, 2008 by
Mark from Milwaukie, OR
“Great place but under construction.” Aug 7, 2008 by
Rhonda from Murrieta, CA
“Front desk and staff were ill informed, there was only one restaurant.”
