• Don't run late for breakfast or you'll miss out.

• Overall Its was clean and quite!
• Washer and dryers were a lil dirty, air conditioner didn't work very well in one room.

“This hotel is a good place, I've stayed at other hotels that didn't come close this one and
I paid more, but overall
I enjoyed my stay.”

• Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room.
• It is faraway from attractions like Hollywood.

“The hotel was very nice with comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the hotel offers free airport transfers which we made use of. Only thing on the negative side for us is that it is located near the airport therefore far from Hollywood and downtown. Can catch the bus right outside the hotel though but its about a 1 hour bus trip to Hollywood.”

• Location, quality, cleanliness, shuttle, cleanliness and did I mention cleanliness?

“There are few shuttle times and as such this is not a convenient hotel. Even the locals told me be careful when walking alone in this neighborhood. Dirty room, poorly decorated and simply I dare not look behind the bed or bedside.”

• It was clean, comfortable (the bed was very good), the staff was friendly and helpful.
• The taps were not so easy to use, written instructions might be handy. The available brochure about the hotel was incorrect.

“The hotel was conveniently situated re travel to the airport. I would go back there anytime if traveling through LA.”

• Free airport shuttle.
• It was very old and in a very scary unsafe town. Lets just say I didn't sleep much.

• The staff was friendly.
• The room had ants on the bed, counter, etc. The carpet was sticky and dirty. It doesn't meet the Ramada name.

• Staff didn't observe 'do not disturb' sign.

• Location and price.
• Neighborhood.

“This is my second stay at this hotel. Room was in much better condition than my room on first stay. All system operated properly. Age of hotel shows but much effort has been placed on maintenance. Only pertinent fault with room was carpet (many burn spots). Features external to the room are very well maintained.”

• Very pleasant staff.
• the residents in the room next to us were up all night--sounded like drugs.

“It would have been great had it not been for the group staying in the room next to ours. They would go outside the balcony and yell at each other. A few hours of quiet and then they would start up again. 11:00PM; 1:00AM; 3:00AM; 6:00AM.I kept thinking someone from the hotel was going to tell them to stop. Since we were next door we did not want to complain and have any reprehensions from them.”

• I liked the convenience of the elevator and the mattress was comfortable.
• It did not provide a continental breakfast. It was in a poor/bad side of town.

“This hotel was fine for a one night's stay. The bed is comfortable. The room smelled though. The staff could have been more friendly and all hotels should provide a continental breakfast. The location wasn't the best but it was convenient for the airport.”

• check in was very efficient Everything was ready when we arrived.
• Bathroom was not very clean.

“Neighborhood is kind of freaky. You feel like you should not leave your hotel alone. We found a dirty towel at the bathroom and our non-smoking room smelled like someone was smoking there. If you are looking for a hotel nearby LAX, better go West of the I-405.”

• Airport shuttle even in middle of night.
• No place to get food at night.

“It was okay for an overnight stopover between flights but wasn't any place I'd spend a lot of time.”

• The bathroom was nice.
• I hated everything about this hotel.

“I can't believe that hotel is in such awful condition. A quick run down of the problem areas, wallpaper border was hanging down, dust on walls, smelly carpet, staff was rude, could not dial out on phone with out calling the front desk to have them dial the number and then connect me, they do not have a SPA, they have a pool that is about 5 feet long and maybe 5 feet wide. And the laundry room was just a washer and dryer outside in the open that did not work.”
