• The room was very comfortable.
• The Internet access was the worse I have seen in years.

“The hotel is located on a busy street and on weekends has weddings and other events so the lobby is quite crowded and noisy. The staff is very friendly although that may change as the hotel is transitioning from a Hilton to a Doubletree.”

• Good location.
• Front desk staff not all that friendly. Only one computer in business center to use.

“Good hotel and location. Rooms with 2 beds were double beds so quite small to sleep in with 2 people, no queen size available so better to get king size single room if available. Convenient parking, restaurants close by and shopping. Rooms were clean but no bathroom fan so a lot of steam fills the small bathroom, plus shower curtains are too short and can easily blow out of tub causing the water to run onto floor! I heard several people complain about this while I was there!”

• Very cozy and an excellent bed. The interior design was tasteful.
• Rooms are wrapped around a courtyard with pool and you can hear people.

• It had a nice little balcony overlooking the pool.
• The room could have been more spacious. It felt a little cramped.

“This hotel is lovely overall, and in a very good central location with nice ambiance and clean facilities. Great dining areas nearby, plus just ten minutes from king's harbor/ Redondo beach pier. Conveniently close to del ammo mall for shopping too. Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant.”

• Parking facility and bellhop service.

“Hotel's security staff was visible at all times, allowing you to feel safe on the premises at any hour. The visit overall was pleasant and without incident.”

• Good Bartender.
• They charge $10.00 for a wireless bridge and $9.95 for the internet.

“The hotel is located on a major road with free outside parking. They charge $9.95 a night for internet and if you don't have wireless, the hotel charges an additional $10.00 for the wireless bridge. Frankly, I have stayed at less expensive hotels with free internet. Not much value here unless you want the Hilton Honors Points.”

• Their outside swimming pool is beautifully landscaped.

• The bed was very comfortable. the sheets were soft and I had a very good sleep.
• The view from the balcony was not the greatest. the rooftop and a/c generators aren't the most pleasant things to look at.

“I was very happy with coming to this hotel. and I would like to come back soon.”

• Nicely appointed rooms but small.
• Noisy.

“The Hotel was fine, but not great. The rooms are small though well appointed. Very clean and fresh smelling. The walls were thin, though, and staff scarce.”

• No fees for valet, FREE parking!! WONDERFUL!
• Small room for a Hilton.

“Excellent location and I really like the fact that I am not forced to pay for valet. Because the other Hilton hotel if you want to self park its 11.00 per day. if you want to valet its 12.00. just ridicules for fees.”

• Coffee/tea cafe in lobby not open long enough during the day.

• Near shopping, good restaurants.
• Pool is small and all chairs in the shade.

“Nice hotel. Clean comfortable room. Pool was small and the chaise lounge chairs were right next to the pool (inches) and also in the shad most of the afternoon. Short walk to big mall and great restaurants.”

• The beds and linens were fabulous, so comfortable and high quality. The decor was very nice as well.
• I cannot think of a thing.

“This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds and linens were of the highest quality. I slept like a baby which I never have done in a hotel before. The decor was very nice and classy. The hotel is adjacent to a very large mall, many restaurants and other shopping. I did not have a car and had plenty to do.”

• Nicely appointed rooms, fresh air via sliders to balcony was a great surprise.
• No decaf lattes, perhaps a few savory snack items in the tea shop.

“Their very comfortable reading chair and ottoman, in addition to the swivel desk chair, were great selections for both getting work done and relaxing. If you prefer a fresh ocean breeze over refrigerated air, the western exposure is highly recommended. Maid service seemed to really stop and notice all comings and goings, a boon to security.”

• I arrived 10 AM following morning to check in and they gave my room to somebody else

“A greedy hotel.I booked a stay for 4 days and they gave my room to somebody else because I was late in checking in.I checked in around 10 am the following day and they told me I have to wait till 4pm which is their checking in time. I told them I was suppose to come in the night before but I was late because of flight delays.”
