• Safe neighborhood and well-kept facility.
• Tiny ants in the bathroom, typical in LA this time of year

• The room was clean and the Hotel was quite at night.
• Nothing was negative in my stay to list.

“The Staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. There were plenty of stores for all your needs in just a short driving distance away. The Beach is just a few miles away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Clean, comfy, friendly staff.
• The kitchen was slightly grungy, not bad but a little sticky on some parts of the cabinets and some onion skins were overlooked in one of the cabinet.

• It is perfect for moms who have babies; I got to clean my baby's bottles and sterilized it. Of the kitchen. Highly recommend for families with babies!
• Before we arrived at our room we passed by smoking rooms and it really smells by the hallway. Smoking rooms should be placed at the end of the hall.

“I would say that this hotel is family friendly, having a kitchenette is a big factor, and the fridge is big. I appreciated our stay in this hotel.”

• The hotel was nice, clean, pizza delivery directly to room. Courtesy checkout @ noon.
• When my daughters and I arrived there were kids fighting in the parking lot. I thought for a nice hotel like this it made it seem ghetto.

“Continue from #14. After police arrive. Everything was good. Overall hotel was excellent, customer service. Good. May I receive a free stay in Gardena? To compensate the incident regarding the fight. Don't want my kids to see it.”

• Kitchen suite was very nice to have (coffee, etc).
• Hard to find-sign was really small.

• They had all the ammenities that I needed like stove, refrigerator, kitchen and a very decent setting for my stay.

“Homestead studio was my original hotel that was chosen for me to stay at , but when I got there, they were fully booked. I needed to get an upgrade and wanted an extra bed and I would pay for the difference. Because they were booked, they recommended me to their sister hotel called Extended Stay Hotel, which is about two blocks away. They had a room with 2 queen beds and they weren't going to charge me extra for the upgrade. I was so glad for their offer. Although I had to drive elsewhere for an upgrade, I was very grateful with how the receptionist handled everything. Fast and efficient.”

• I was very nervous about getting a one star hotel, but I tried it and was not displeased.
• I wish the mattress was more comfortable.

“The hotel was clean well stocked and well staffed. Plenty of parking. No odd noises in the night. In the morning I ran a few miles and felt very safe.”

• Just what the doctor ordered; no excess services, good location, clean, well-equipped suites, very affordable high-speed internet, friendly staff

“Just what the doctor ordered! no excess services(e.g. unecessary daily cleaning service), good location (I-405 access not very far from the hotel), clean, well-equipped suites, very affordable high-speed internet, friendly staff. I liked the availability of a microwave, a stove and a fridge in the suite, which enabled me to bring in food, purchased from a nearby Albertson's, and to save on the food expense. In short, this is a very good place to stay for someone on a tight budget but who wishes to stay at a clean and decently equipped place.”

• It was near many places of interest.
• It was not near the interstate. It had no basic amenities, ie, pool, gym, ice machines. The people were not really friendly. The hallways smelled.

“I would not stay at this particular hotel again in the future. I did like the fact that it was near restaurants, mall, etc; however, to get to the freeway, I had to drive a good distance.”

• For the star rating I chose, the ammenities for far more accomadating than I expected.

“The hotel was centrally located to popular restaurants and shops. The room was clean and the ammenities far exceded my expectations. For the price the product was an excellent value.”
