• Doorknob hanging off of bathroom door.

“The hotel was nice and clean, and my room was nice, but the doorknob on the bathroom door was hanging off and the free wireless internet was a chore to access.”

• The room was a mini suite with all the conveniences.
• I believed the location was in a medium high security risk area. No walking around off the grounds.

• My room was spacious and quiet for the location. I felt safe the entire time.
• I did not like the poor choice of restaurants in the area.

“Not a lot offered at the hotel or nearby the hotel, but it was conveniently close to the airport and the state of my room was very good. It was clean, the shower was nice, and my room was very spacious.”

• Staff were friendly.
• Air conditioning did not cool the room.

“Staff was friendly and encouraged me to return a rental car at night, but it took an hour (not 10 minutes) for the shuttle to arrive to pick me up and I had to phone to remind them.”

“Awful experience. Checked-in; given a room that was already occupied. Reassigned to a room that had no table; lamp between the two beds did not work. Had to go back to the registration to pickup key. Next morning; noticed that the roof was leaking due to the rain. Garbage bags left in hallways and outside elevators. Litter in hallways. Totally awful experience. Hotel staff at front desk totally lacking in customer service.”

• It was close to the air port and the shuttle driver was very nice and punctual.
• No where to eat, rooms smelled like smoke, pool was extremely dirty.

“I will never stay at this hotel ever again. rooms were very musty, smoke smell, the staff was good but not very helpful on information about places to eat. NOTHING nearby to eat, unless you had a gun for protection. poor choice of a hotel and the price was high for what you get.”

• Because we waited almost one hour to be picked up at Airport ,they gave an upgrade to a suite.
• I called the hotel at 09:05PM to advise were I was. At 09:35 pm I called again. At 09:50 Pm I called again . finally a van appeared at 09:59.PM

“Van Driver blamed the desk clerk for not advising him. Hotel had only one elevator. room was ok. Check in was easy, as was check out. Breakfast ok.”
