• This was a dangerous location. Did not stay there.

• Location and airport pick up.
• Could not sleep with noise.

“Hotel aesthetics were nice, room was nice in good condition, staff was helpful and kind, but there was noise that was not taking care of and no sleep was able to be gotten at this place, never again at this place.”

• It was close to where I wanted to be.
• It was noisy and I couldn't sleep.

“Room backed up to noisy truck yard making sleep very difficult. We were late getting in and, although I called ahead to make sure that the room with a queen-size bed would be held for us, when we finally made it into our room it was 2 doubles instead. Key didn't work initially, by the time we were in; we were too tired to move.”

• It was close to the airport, freeway and good for the price.
• It was in a rough neighborhood, but no problems.

“The room was very nice: microwave, refrigerator, clean, comfortable and all around pleasant. Yes, it isn't in LAs best neighborhood; however, it is very close to car rental returns and the airport is very convenient (less than 5-10 minutes). Hotel staff was helpful. You can spend more, for a nicer neighborhood but, really isn't the real reason you want a hotel room because you want to stay in a nice comfortable place. Better than the Radisson, which we stayed at a couple of nights earlier.”

• Shuttle quit at 12pm - located in an area of strip/adult clubs/stores.

• Convenient location. Staff seemed agreeable.
• Bathroom full of mildew, TV cable needed proper connection.

“Room smelled musty, bathroom had mildew from lack of ventilation, cable TV connection was not secure and kept coming off, room needed to be cleaned a little bit better, TV remote needed batteries which were not forthcoming from staff. Staff agreeable but seemed to need training on how to run a hotel. Breakfast reasonably plentiful.”
