• The rooms were very large, lots of space. Very clean and comfortable.
• Not much to say. I guess the fact parking was $20 a night, but we parked on street.

“We checked in at 11:30 p.m. The staff was very friendly. Every room in the hotel is a suite so needless to say, the room's) were a nice size. Parking was $20 a day, but we parked on the street just around the corner for free. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. There was a free buffet breakfast served from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. every morning. It was a pleasant surprise for the price we paid.”

• I loved the room, the bed was amazing!
• That there are two, we were taken to the wrong hotel first.

“After two weeks of traveling I was really upset we couldn't make our intended flight because I really missed my bed, but the room was beautiful and our bed was super comfortable!”

• The buffet breakfast is more than I expected.
• They charge $19/day on top of the rate for parking.

“This hotel is situated close to LAX and has all of the amenities that you would expect in a 3 Star hotel. I was impressed by the beautiful breakfast that is provided at no additional. Charge and pleased to find all of the business services that I needed, fax, copies, and web browsing, were free of charge in the Business Center in the lobby. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay $19 to park at the hotel, while parking was available at half the price just down the street. Also, while the hotel advertises free high speed internet, it is only free in the Business Center and is an additional charge of $10/day in your room.”

• The bang for your buck was incredible! We loved it.
• The initial receptionist wasn't the most friendly staff member.

“I loved the hotel. They have a very nice breakfast, a free happy hour in the evening, and room was the nicest, biggest, cleanest and cheapest place that we stayed at during our entire trip.”

• Large bed, suite setting, gave me toothpaste when I forgot mine.
• $16 parking for hotel guests is very high for the area.

“Slightly tacky interior in the lobby, but room was surprisingly nice and very comfortable. There was a tiny balcony on each room which was also a nice surprise.”

• Spacious, quiet, close to airport as we were flying out the next morning.
• Bathroom looked a little worn, shower head was loose in wall and walls under sink not spick and span.

“We stopped over in LA to spend the night on our way out to Hawaii, so we were just looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and get some sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was spacious. The only drawback was that the bathroom had suffered a little wear and tear. We agreed that if traveling with kids Embassy Suites would be perfect. Suite, indoor pool, great breakfast, etc. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Two rooms. Good breakfast offering.
• Very dated. Felt like the eighties.

“We were very happy with the location and the comfort of the embassy suites. It just felt a little dated and dusty. There are plants on the balcony of every floor and rather than making it feel livelier they looked drab and colorless.”

• Happy hour dirty tables not enough staff chips, salsa. Thats about it.

“We had to take early showers one morning because they were turning off the water; they were having some sort of problem. The restaurant had one person taking care of it so we had 7 in our group they couldnt serve us.”

• The food and location.
• Requests for towels were left unattended to. Parking terrible and costly.

“It wasn't awful. But I wouldn't go back. Slow service. Long lines at complimentary breakfast.hour wait.too long when you have other things to do.pull out couch were extremely uncomfortable. Had to request towels 3 times before they brought them.”

• The parking was poor and expensive.

“Parking is limited and nearby public parking is less expensive. There is no place to stop and check in so you have to carry your bags from the parking structure. Embassy suites are usually very nice overall and this one was no different except for the above items.”

• The front lobby staff wasn't professional at all.

“I would not recommend my friends or family to stay at this particular Embassy Suites in Lax. The staff at the lobby wasn't very friendly. I felt as if I was waiting for a free room. The restaurant was terrible and over priced. There was no service at all by housekeeping staff. I think this particular hotel gives Embassy Suites a bad name.”

• Plumbing had some minor problems.

“Very nice room and a great value for the price we paid. There were two problems -- air conditioning wasn't working problem, and toilet didn't flush properly -- but hotel responded very quickly to requests and the problems were fixed. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

• Good pillows, good bed, fairly quiet, spacious room, nicely appointed. Microwave and fridge.
• Periodic vibrating noise like helicopters. Fee to park.

“I am always pleased to find a room with a microwave and fridge and space to prepare a bite to eat. I was happy to have a selection of pillows. I would have liked a little more space on the bathroom counter and to not have the tissue box glued to the toilet tank top. I did not visit the restaurant even though a complimentary breakfast was supplied.”

• The room was gorgeous, hotel was very clean, there was complimentary cook to order breakfast and complimentary drinks from 5p-9p, what an added plus.

“I highly recommend this hotel for any occasion. The all suite rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel should be related on a scale of at least a four. Would love to stay there again.”

• Did not offer Disney or other family-friendly TV channel; expensive parking ().

“The suite was sweet! Very spacious, felt almost like home. Great cooked-to-order (and free) breakfast. Perfect for traveling with kids (free drinks and snacks in the evening; breakfast in a.m.); two TV¿s, although no Disney or children's channel. Next time, we'll plan better and bring food/snacks so we can use the in-room microwave and frig.”

• The size of the room, the breakfast and the service were excellent!
• The evening reception could improve a little. The business room was out of commission and under repaired. Could not use the internet.

“This hotel is an excellent facility for families and people on business engagements. It is located in a very convenient place just a few blocks from lax. The parking place was very secure and the breakfast was excellent. It is a best bang for the dollar.”

• I was provided with long-term parking, transportation to & from airport & breakfast was all free.
• My room was not the typical room with a bed & a sofa being in 2 different rooms.

“We were only there to sleep around 6 hours. So we did not get to utilize services. It serves its purpose because the price was great and we were able to get to the airport with no problem.”

• Embassy creates a relax atmosphere.
• Outdoor entertainment would have been nice. Live jazz or soft contemporary music to go with the atmosphere.

“The embassy has impressed with an overall rating of a ten. I have not had a complaint. It has been several years since I utilized the embassy for my hotel stay, but I was impressed with the decor and ambiance of the open-court and would recommend the embassy to family and friends.”

• Location near airport, major streets, nice big, clean rooms, restaurants, complementary breakfast, clean bed, nice furniture.
• Couple of front desk clerk very snobbish, unfriendly.

“Excellent, great, clean room, I only feel like its not family friendly because of the balcony overlooking the dining area, afraid for kid¿s safety. But for adult, I would stay there again, if I had the chance, very romantic for adult.”

• Pay to park; lot cramped; only 1 bed for 5 people; sore back from pullout.

“Clean, professionally run hotel in convenient lax location. DSL internet access is 4.95 per day. Great for couple with or without small children or single business traveler due to shortage of double beds in hotel. ”

• The free breakfast was better than expected.
• They put is in a small room on first night.

“The first night they put us in a small room with an ADA bathroom (no tub, we have a toddler). They moved us the next day to a very nice room. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had a late flight and they let us stay until 2:00 PM. The included breakfast and manager's happy hour were more than expected.”

• Breakfast and happy hour included.
• The room key continued to swipe clear once you left the room and I had to keep going back to the front desk to fix it. Parking $15.00 a day.

“I really enjoyed it and had an excellent sleep in the room. The hotel continued to stay quiet considering all the guest. I personally would have rather stayed at the Embassy Suites South. I hope you can include this hotel in your selections that would be outstanding. The south hotel is beautiful, larger, free parking, with all the other features.”
