“Great hotel! The room was huge - a living room as well as a bedroom. Three sinks in the room, two tvs, a fridge and a microwave were very helpful. The free breakfast was wonderful. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in LA.”

• The Embassy Suites has a very friendly staff, beautiful decor, clean spacious rooms and great amenities.
• Laundry room was above our room - we heard the washers spinning.

• They put me in a quieter room when I asked.

“The suites at this hotel were quite large. Having two separate sink areas (one in the bathroom, one in the bedroom) was very handy for my wife and me. Make sure to ask for a room that's
not facing Airport Boulevard - otherwise it can be noisy.”

• I've stayed at the Embassy Suites before and I enjoy the large, spacious rooms.
• The business centre needs better air conditioning.

• The friendliness of the staff in making sure the accommodations were ok.
• Maybe a bit too crowded for the free breakfast.

• The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding.
• A minor inconvenience, I had to call twice to ask for coffee, after waiting 40 min after the first phone call to housekeeping.

“Overall it's a great place to stay. Would recommend it for family, business or leisure travel. The indoor swimming was great for my kids. The food offered in the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered much more than I expected.”

• Location (near 24hr fitness and airport). Happy hour and breakfast included.
• Shuttle to and from airport makes multiple stops.

“Thought the room was great it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location to the airport and nearby gym, 24hour fitness, was a huge plus. Last but not least, the breakfast is truly wonderful. Allot of places free breakfast which usually ends up amounting to a bagel and a cup of coffee. This truly is a great breakfast especially love the omelet station.”

“If you are staying by the airport, this is a great option. Our room was huge with comfy beds and clean spaces. The complimentary breakfast in the morning had everything you could want - made to order omelets, hot foods, cold foods, it was wonderful. Worth the price of the hotel right there.”

• The rooms were very large, lots of space. Very clean and comfortable.
• Not much to say. I guess the fact parking was $20 a night, but we parked on street.

“We checked in at 11:30 p.m. The staff was very friendly. Every room in the hotel is a suite so needless to say, the room's) were a nice size. Parking was $20 a day, but we parked on the street just around the corner for free. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. There was a free buffet breakfast served from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. every morning. It was a pleasant surprise for the price we paid.”

• That there are two, we were taken to the wrong hotel first.

• The buffet breakfast is more than I expected.
• They charge $19/day on top of the rate for parking.

“This hotel is situated close to LAX and has all of the amenities that you would expect in a 3 Star hotel. I was impressed by the beautiful breakfast that is provided at no additional. Charge and pleased to find all of the business services that I needed, fax, copies, and web browsing, were free of charge in the Business Center in the lobby. I did not appreciate the fact that I had to pay $19 to park at the hotel, while parking was available at half the price just down the street. Also, while the hotel advertises free high speed internet, it is only free in the Business Center and is an additional charge of $10/day in your room.”

• The bang for your buck was incredible! We loved it.
• The initial receptionist wasn't the most friendly staff member.

• Large bed, suite setting, gave me toothpaste when I forgot mine.
• $16 parking for hotel guests is very high for the area.

• Spacious, quiet, close to airport as we were flying out the next morning.
• Bathroom looked a little worn, shower head was loose in wall and walls under sink not spick and span.

“We stopped over in LA to spend the night on our way out to Hawaii, so we were just looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and get some sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The suite was spacious. The only drawback was that the bathroom had suffered a little wear and tear. We agreed that if traveling with kids Embassy Suites would be perfect. Suite, indoor pool, great breakfast, etc. We would definitely stay there again.”

“We were very happy with the location and the comfort of the embassy suites. It just felt a little dated and dusty. There are plants on the balcony of every floor and rather than making it feel livelier they looked drab and colorless.”

• Requests for towels were left unattended to. Parking terrible and costly.

“It wasn't awful. But I wouldn't go back. Slow service. Long lines at complimentary breakfast.hour wait.too long when you have other things to do.pull out couch were extremely uncomfortable. Had to request towels 3 times before they brought them.”

“I would not recommend my friends or family to stay at this particular Embassy Suites in Lax. The staff at the lobby wasn't very friendly. I felt as if I was waiting for a free room. The restaurant was terrible and over priced. There was no service at all by housekeeping staff. I think this particular hotel gives Embassy Suites a bad name.”

• Plumbing had some minor problems.

“Very nice room and a great value for the price we paid. There were two problems -- air conditioning wasn't working problem, and toilet didn't flush properly -- but hotel responded very quickly to requests and the problems were fixed. We enjoyed our stay very much.”
