“Liked suite arrangement with sleeper sofa for kids, fridge and micro were handy. Staff friendly and helpful. Not a resort destination, but perfect for a clean comfy place to sleep and shower. Great location.”

• Convenient, clean, accessible and nice staff. We needed comfort and a room to stay at night - met all needs.
• Adding tax on$ 22 a night parking - just seemed over the top.

“Convenient for us to go to Malibu and downtown Los Angeles. I notice it allowed pets when confronted with a huge German Shepherd in the elevator, but he was friendly. Good courtesy breakfast in the morning that was well attended and good staff to run it. Nice area with a large Super Market a block away. Easy access to central Beverly Hills and West Hollywood too.”

• Absolutely amazing for the price I found on Priceline. Very clean and fun.

“From the minute you were met at the valet, to the front desk, the entire hotel was very welcoming and friendly. We were checked in
just under 5 minutes. The room was perfect. Every staff member was very helpful and kind. We especially liked the free social hour that they put on with free snacks wine, and beer. We met several guests and had a great time.”

• Fantastic location! Loved that breakfast is provided.
• Expensive ($22/day) valet parking is the only option for this hotel.

• The staff was amazingly nice - great team.
• The furniture and room decor was very dated and cheap looking.

“I loved my stay because the staff was so amazingly wonderful. I was given an awesome room and I was very happy. The hotel staff went above and beyond in many ways to make sure my stay was excellent and having worked in the hospitality industry previously I realize how hard it is to provide that kind of service. I felt like the hotels only guest - the service was that good!”

• The room was great with a full fridge, dishwasher, sink and microwave. Bed was very comfortable. Fold out sofa bed too.
• Area wasn't as great as we had hoped. We felt safe in the hotel, but didn't want to walk around much.

“The hotel was very nice and staff was very eager to assist. This hotel does not have a pool, but does have a spa. We were happy with our room. It was nice to have an almost full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend an early shower if you prefer hot water.”

• Friendly, professional front desk staff.
• The stale overpowering smell of smoke in the hall, closets, etc.

“The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities with kitchen. Grocery very short walk. Nice decor. The biggest drawback is the smell. I am allergic to smoke and it was overpowering in the halls even tho it said no smoking. It smelled old, musty and stale smoke. Even in the closet. Also, parking is too much - $24.00 a day.”

• The maid service could have been better.

“Nice hotel in the middle of Hollywood, it was easy to get to other places from it. The rooms had a full kitchen and laudrey services were on the premises. Complimentary breakfast was served daily.”

• Spacious rooms, very comfortable and clean.
• The microwave was broken in my room.

“I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room, the furniture was very comfortable and nice looking. Sofa has a pull out bed that would be nice if I had more people with me but didn't need to use it this time. The kitchen was perfect, good size and with full refridgerator. There was some dinner ware & cooking utensils but no knives. Great home away from home feeling, I was very comfortable.”

“The Residence Inn Beverly Hills/LA is on Pico and Beverly, about a block from the BH line and walking distance from at least half of LA's kosher restaurants (they're on Pico). The room was up-to-date with flat-panel TV, full kitchen, etc. and impeccably clean. An excellent hotel other than the $22/day to valet park your car (self-parking is not an option). If you're not spending the day in your room, you can park on the street for free after 6 pm and before 8 am (2 hours either side too depending on the street)--just don't park overnight in BH or you'll get a ticket, stay on the LA side of the line.”

• People are very friendly and helpful.
• Only could valet park your car. Which is a pain when you are coming and going. Wait time would be up to 15/20 minutes during busy times.

“The hotel/room was very clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have laundry facilities on property along with small gym and spa. The down fall was that you had to valet park your car and they charge 22.00 to park. During busy times it could be up to 15/20 minutes to get your car.”

• Good space, upgraded TV, internet, and breakfast.
• Parking is expensive extra, also the shower room seem to have slight smell of smoke though this is non-smoking room. Only one cup in the room.

“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, this is pretty good during the labor-day weekend. This is actually a suite, one queen bed with a pull-out sofa, spacious for two-persons, reasonable for two plus one young kid. It has upgraded flat LCD like TV, wireless internet, and breakfast. Parking is extra.”

“The hotel is nicely placed in South Beverly hills, but it is necessary to drive to most attractions. The rooms were neat and clean, but the breakfast was a little lacking. All in all, the value, price vs. benefits, was fantastic. We had a great time and would return to the hotel.”

• The parking charges were horrible. $22 night is robbery.

• Very comfortable hotel with good basic amenities.
• No pool, no restaurant and the $22 per day valet parking.

“Definitely is a bargain for business travelers with great access to Beverly Hills and West LA and Hollywood. Would not recommend it for families looking for a resort hotel with a pool and family friendliness. The complimentary breakfast is very good. I find the lack of a restaurant, pool, and free parking to guests to be annoyances more than anything.”

• The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was nice and the rooms were better than I was expecting.
• The valet parking was a lot. $22.00 plus tax a day. It was more than our rental car cost.

“Very nice location for a short trip. No restaurant or facilities inside the hotel. Parking is pricy ($24 per day). Rooms have a 42 " flat screen TV, a full refrigerator, a microwave and a stove which is very convenient. The hotel offers a full complimentary bredfast until 9 am. The staff is very nice.”

• Spacious room with many home-like kitchen amenities.
• The sofa was a pull out, however was horrible for sitting down in. The staff was also very unfriendly.

“The room was spacious, modern and clean. The linens smelled fresh and were properly spaced and wrinkle free. They provided a kitchen area fully stocked with a fridge, burners and dishwasher. This alone is very useful when traveling for several weeks at a time. The bed was super comfortable; however the pull out sofa sunk in and was very uncomfortable to sit in. The hotel itself was worth the price, but the staff at the front desk area was all very rude. I had to stop at the desk several times throughout my stay (check-in, questions, and check-out) and each time a new person was unfriendly to the point of rude. The staff in the cafe area where breakfast is served was accommodating and friendly.”

• Nice bed.
• Need to pay 22 dollars for parking. This means that the actual cost is whatever you pay plus 22 dollars. A dirty Trick.
