• Non-smoking and expensive parking garage.

“It was everything you want from traveling. Classy upscale facility, great breakfast, in room kitchen big screen, all types of free add ones such as wireless unbelievable breakfast including omelet station, waffles. Great location!”

• Very comfortable hotel with good basic amenities.
• No pool, no restaurant and the $22 per day valet parking.

“Definitely is a bargain for business travelers with great access to Beverly Hills and West LA and Hollywood. Would not recommend it for families looking for a resort hotel with a pool and family friendliness. The complimentary breakfast is very good. I find the lack of a restaurant, pool, and free parking to guests to be annoyances more than anything.”

• The location was great. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was nice and the rooms were better than I was expecting.
• The valet parking was a lot. $22.00 plus tax a day. It was more than our rental car cost.

“This hotel was wonderful. It was clean, in a great location and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. It was $22.00 plus tax per day. I felt that was a little much. I will definitely stay here again. I loved this hotel.”

• The staff was really nice.
• No restaurant in the hotel & parking too expensive.

“Very nice location for a short trip. No restaurant or facilities inside the hotel. Parking is pricy ($24 per day). Rooms have a 42 " flat screen TV, a full refrigerator, a microwave and a stove which is very convenient. The hotel offers a full complimentary bredfast until 9 am. The staff is very nice.”

“The hotel was great for a short stay. There was a breakfast buffet every morning which was included in the accommodation price. The staff was very courteous and helpful.”

• Spacious room with many home-like kitchen amenities.
• The sofa was a pull out, however was horrible for sitting down in. The staff was also very unfriendly.

“The room was spacious, modern and clean. The linens smelled fresh and were properly spaced and wrinkle free. They provided a kitchen area fully stocked with a fridge, burners and dishwasher. This alone is very useful when traveling for several weeks at a time. The bed was super comfortable; however the pull out sofa sunk in and was very uncomfortable to sit in. The hotel itself was worth the price, but the staff at the front desk area was all very rude. I had to stop at the desk several times throughout my stay (check-in, questions, and check-out) and each time a new person was unfriendly to the point of rude. The staff in the cafe area where breakfast is served was accommodating and friendly.”

• Need to pay 22 dollars for parking. This means that the actual cost is whatever you pay plus 22 dollars. A dirty Trick.

• Our room was next to the elevator and we heard it all night long.

“The room was a nice size room, but when we undid the sofa bed, the springs were all missing on one side and the mattress fell thru to the floor. Luckily, my daughter had not been on it. Also, the room was by the elevator and all night long, we heard the elevator going up and down. When I complained about the noise and the sofa bed and asked if anyone else had ever complained they said sorry and no, no one's ever complained. Unbelievable! Not much on customer service.”

• Very clean, excellent breakfast buffet, not just muffins and cold cereal but a whole spread with warm foods as well.
• This isn't negative, I didn't get to take advantage of the kitchenette with is awesome when I am staying more than 1 night.

• The rooms are modern and large with a kitchenette which is great for families. The staff was great as they upgraded us to a suite.
• There is only one bed in the rooms when I have stayed here. The hide-a-bed in the couch is not comfortable.

“Overall, a great hotel for the price, especially if you have children. Most of the rooms are suites with a separate living room. The kitchenette with a full sized fridge is a big plus. The only downsides are the $20 parking fee and the fact most rooms have only one bed. The hide-a-bed in the couch is typical and not comfortable.”

• The rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of space, loved the kitchen!
• Parking cost too much, $20 a night (before tax)!

“The rooms were clean and large as well as updated and new. The large LCD TV and kitchen were nice to come back to after a long day of sight seeing. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk too. Only qualm was the parking, after taxes it was $22/night.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. The rooms are suites and include a small kitchen; the beds are very comfortable; a generous complimentary hot breakfast and evening snack hour are included. Only downsides are no pool, and $20/day for parking (valet). Consider self-parking at another hotel across the street for $15/day.”

• Beverly Hills South, so pretty convenient.
• Parking was very expensive at $22.00, this was terrible.

“The hotel is well located for people that want to be centrally located to the West Side and Hollywood. The freeways are not that close by, but many attractions are within a 15-20 minute drive. Be prepared to pay for parking, as it is $22/day - and difficult to find a place on the nearby streets. Service was excellent, and we went on a weekend, when there seemed to be a lot of families present.”

• They charged $20.00 a day for parking, and even though I didn't park there they still charged me for 4 days, if I hadn't checked my final bill.

“It was great, but they charge $20.00 a day for parking and by the time you tip the attendant as well, for a 4 day visit you pay $120.00 at least on top of your room rate. I also realized that if I didn't check my bill they had charged me for the parking. Surprising that it was all in the computer printout too. When I told the front desk that we're ready to check out, she said you're good to go, but I insisted that I'd like to pay cash for any extras, and thats when I saw the charges. That wasn't very nice.”

• It was not only beautiful, the bed was very comfy!
• This hotel does not have a pool this is the only thing we didn't like.

“This hotel was very upscale. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel. The room was clean, had a 42 inch flat screen TV, a full kitchen with utensils and dishes, all the good stuff. Parking was chargeable and there was no pool, but other than that, beautiful! Clean, quiet and comfy. More like a 4 star than a 2.5.”

• Staff went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. They were friendly, courteous and helpful!
• I could tell the refrigerator wasn't used much. Could use a deodorizer!

• I loved the feeling of being away from home but still feeling like I was at home!
• I did not like the parking fee -- expensive! Would love to have a DVD/CD player in the room.

“I simply love the services that The Marriott Residence Inn (Beverly Hills) provides! Not only does it offer comfort, privacy and luxury but, the other amenities far exceeded my expectation (i.e., a full breakfast every morning, an exercise room, laundry facilities). The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous! What an experience. I did not want to leave!”
