• Extremely friendly staff and perfect location. Stylish.
• Few amenities.

“This hotel was absolutely perfect for me. I travel a lot for business, and the location is directly in the heart of Beverly Hills, and very convenient to many local freeways, so I got to downtown LA, Santa Monic, and Westwood in no time at all. It's extremely charming in a simple-chic manner, with a modern setting, and minimalist decor. The staff was absolutely amazing, making me feel like I was visiting them in their own home. The best part of this hotel is the outdoor patio, with its candles, fireplace, and amazing mini curry burgers. Of course, the garlic herb fries were the best I've had ever!”

• I liked the location and that it is a small hotel.
• Room 219--could hear the noise from lobby until 1am.

“The biggest concern I had was that in the hotel's information guide, it noted a continental breakfast was served each day in the lobby. First, there was no continental breakfast. Second, when the staff was informed of this, one said "I¿ve never noticed that. That's funny." obviously, the information guide was incorrect and should be changed. Also, the staff members should be better trained in "customer service" skills. That response from the staff member was rather lame.”

“This was, by far, the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The decor is cold - it would have been better if it had been designed (interior as well as exterior) by S Russell Groves. The bathroom was the size of a small closet; the bed was 5" off the ground (black lacquer, queer at it's worst). Just an overall lousy place to stay. I would have rather stayed at one of the hotels near LAX. Stay away from this place.”

• Very chic looking lobby and room.
• Hallway was dark like a dorm. Room was small, thin walls.

“It is in a great location. The hotel lobby was very chic looking. Everyone was friendly. We were on the first floor so we could hear the people walking around in the room above us. The walls are rather thin so we could hear people talking quite a bit.”
