• Convenient location and nice gym.
• Overpriced restaurant.

“Certainly above average but not Ritz quality. Staff was eager to assist and concierge scored tickets to watch a TV show taping at the last minute. Elegant dining room with very good food, however the prices were severely inflated.”

• Lovely bathroom, comfortable beds, nice staff, excellent workout room & spa.
• Room not cleaned well, minibar ridiculously expensive, no where to get a snack.

• The service of waiters, bar servers, etc.
• Breakfast and dinner were just average but not the price.

“Pleasant, friendly hotel with very nice service. The meals were not very thoughtful or particularly good (my rack of lamb was sort of tough). The Mother's Day brunch was $68 for my mostly vegetarian family and $34 for our grandchild's pancake. The limo service was an excellent idea and we used it twice. Maid service never seemed to arrive until about 2 p.m. when I can back to the room for a nap you need some system to not interrupt nappers.”

• Great balcony, pool & Jacuzzi.
• Charged me for water and would only give me one creamer/day for coffee!

“Hotel was very nice & room with balcony was wonderful. 30/day parking is over priced plus they charged me 5.50 small water that was next to coffee maker and would only give me one creamer/day for coffee! Kind of embarrassingly cheap for a four star hotel.”

• Very helpful when I got sick from the sauna/steam room.
• Bartender not great.

• Great location on a quiet, tree lined street. You don't feel like you are in typical "LA".
• Parking was a bit pricey, but convenient.

“An exceptional hotel in a quiet neighborhood just west of Beverly Hills. Easy to get to shopping and the freeways, and a quick, hassle-free drive to the airport. Everytime I'm there I bump into another celebrity. Staff was very polite, the rooms were great, parking was easy. ”

“This hotel is just exceptional not to mention classy. The staff was super friendly and always ready to assist you. Check-in was painless and my room was beautifully decorated and so COMFORTABLE! Housekeeping always left the room pristine and smelling so clean..( the extra towels were a plus too.) Use of the heated pool and jacuzzi is a must! This hotel is also in a great location for shopping and dining as an outdoor mall is right around the corner. I will definitely be lured back to this hotel again and again. Their spa still awaits me....”
