“Feels luxurious, but is unpretentious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, but smallish bathroom.” Oct 22, 2009 by
Kristi from Tucson,AZ
“One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at.” Oct 18, 2009 by
Candy from Del Mar,CA
“Third time I've stayed here in 6 months, because it is only 3 miles from Cedar Sinai hospital. Love this hotel and it's location to both the hospital and the mall, across the street.” Oct 14, 2009 by
Mark from Carlsbad,CA
“Just what we needed - a nice place near Beverly Hills and Hollywood. The staff is excellent. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and courteous from the driveway to the registration desk and throughout. No exceptions. The hotel was very nice, and the room, while nice enough, wasn't very spacious. The bed, however, was very comfortable. A good value all in all.” Sep 16, 2009 by
Rachel from Laguna Beach,CA
“From the minute we walked up to the desk, they could not do enough for us. They treated us like we were royalty. It was our anniversary and they sent up complementary champagne and chocolate strawberries. They were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff made it for us though.” Sep 16, 2009 by
Bal from Middlesex,CA
“The hotel was very good with excellent facilities and helpful staff. Extras were all very pricey but the service more than compensates for that. We went with a baby and they did their best to accommodate us by providing a fridge and a microwave on request.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Jorge from San Diego,CA
“Overall, I was very please with my placement at the Hyatt at Century city.” Sep 11, 2009 by
Scott from Oxnard,CA
“Beautiful accommodations and nice restaurant for breakfast. Very appealing front lobby and bar. Although I did not use the pool, the private cabanas are an attraction.” Sep 10, 2009 by
Edison from San Francisco,CA
“Air conditioner didn't work well. But the weather was so nice that we left the balcony door open. Facility is nice!” Sep 4, 2009 by
Reanna from New York,NY
“I stayed, I think, 4 nights in the hotel. One day around 4pm I left my room. I bumped into the maid on the hallway and asked her to clean up my room. She said: sure. Then on the way to the exit I stopped by the front desk and asked them to make sure houskeeping not forget to clean my room. Almost 2 hours later when returned my room was just like as I left it. Called housekeeping, they promised to send somebody immediately. 15 mins later I called them again. They said the maid was on the way. Another 15 mins went by when I decided to do downstairs and talk to the manager on duty. She was apologetic and helped to fix the problem which mustn't ever have occured, but it left bitter taste in my mouth. A prestigeous hotel like this can't afford happenings like mine!Valet parking fee's outrageous.” Sep 1, 2009 by
Candy from Del Mar,CA
“Awesome Hotel, opposite a Westfield Mall that has a food court you won't believe, which includes Lawry's!” Aug 31, 2009 by
Mark from New York,NY
“Great bar scene, breakfast food was amazing. Room service was prompt. Pool looked nice and was not overly crowded. Downside was you have to pay $20 to use Equinox gym. But the gym is AMAZING, locker rooms are out of this world!” Aug 30, 2009 by
Ken from Palm Beach,FL
“Wonderful place to stay.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Kimberley from Seattle,WA
“The Hyatt Regency Century Park is delightfully luxurious yet personally welcoming at the same time. This mix is particularly alluring as a business traveler, yet the wading pools near the swimming pool made me wish my 2 year old was with me as well. This for me makes it the best of both worlds.” Aug 20, 2009 by
Scott from Bridgewater,NJ
“We were very disappointed in the quality of the services. On Saturday checked into a very nice room and both glasses were filthy dirty. After complaining twice regarding the pounding in the rooms upstairs we had to move rooms security never spoke to the upstairs occupants. Went to their top end restaurant, which was empty. Had to send back my Martini due to the rim of the glass being chipped and the waiter never apologized for it. My son and I ordered the Lamb Shank and Rib eye steak poor quality with too much of the steak being inedible which was not good almost felt they were getting rid of their poor quality meat on Saturday night. I was shocked that this well known hotel was poor at almost every turn.” Aug 19, 2009 by
debbie from West Orange,NJ
“Beautiful, well-located, friendly; excellent amenities;” Aug 18, 2009 by
Jesse from Bakersfield,CA
“Excellent hotel for a nights stay. Clean and very modern feel.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Brett from Bakersfield,CA
“Bed was very comfortable, room and hotel met all my expectations.” Aug 18, 2009 by
Mary from Roseville,CA
“Great hotel with a beautiful, spacious room. Convenient location and easy access to all of LA.” Aug 13, 2009 by
Jon from Phoenix,AZ
“Charging someone $5.00 to use a computer for a minute to print something up, and another $1.00 for the printing is ridiculous. Literally needed a computer for less than 2 minutes to print a confirmation and it cost me $6.00. Second, the business center wasn't even opened on Sundays. I can stay at a Holiday Inn with a free business center and it's open 24 hours a day! I hope to never stay at a Hyatt again!” Aug 10, 2009 by
Jill from Escondido,CA
“The Hyatt was a great place to stay. The pool was awesome and everything was convenient for us while acting in LA.” Aug 5, 2009 by
Thomas Murray Jr from San Francisco,CA
“Hotel was good. Nice location, easy to go for a morning run. There was no turn-down service, which I was very surprised. Valet parking was $33 per night, which is very costly.” Jul 27, 2009 by
David from Toronto,Canada
“The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.” Jul 17, 2009 by
David from Phoenix,AZ
“From check-in on, we had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. Debbie was lovely- helpful, professional, and accommodating. Unfortunately the air in our room was not working and at 1am, the front desk was able to move us into a room to sleep with air. The hotel boasted great amenities, a had a good restaurant and bar. The grounds were very nice. It would be nice if the fitness center was complimentary to guests. Equinox charges $20 a day. That's a lot for an hour on a treadmill. I would stay there again, and certainly use Priceline.com.” Jul 11, 2009 by
Rayne from Kaysville,UT
“An upscale hotel with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It has wireless internet for a fee. It is located near a great mall and in a very good area. I like to stay here for business and personal travel. They provide all of the normal amenities including a travel sized tooth paste. I will definitely stay here again.” Jul 11, 2009 by
Leslie from San Diego,CA
“Excellent location for tourist attractions and wonderfully attentive and helpful staff. Do not hesitate to use this hotel!” Jun 30, 2009 by
Kris from Flower Mound,TX
“This hotel is beautiful with a staff that treats you like a 5 star hotel. The pool and outside dining area is very nice and serene.” Jun 18, 2009 by
Willy from New York,NY
“The hotel seemed newly renovated, everything ran like clockwork. All staff was courteous, and extremely helpful-front desk offered to call for car, 2nd robe appeared quickly after call. The bathroom was gorgeous, there was a nice view out the balcony, its was just a great hotel that I would happily stay again.” Jun 18, 2009 by
Karen from Thousand Oaks,CA
“This is a great location! Clean. The room service was prompt and the coffee was great.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Les from Palm Springs,CA
“Nice rooms, very comfortable hotel. Great hotel staff, everyone was very friendly and professional. the lobby bar was a little dated and needs to be re-done. X Bar in the hotel was a hot spot for the area and very popular with locals. Only one restaurant in the hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet for $27.00 per person. Valet parking is $33.00 per night. Evening turn-down service available only upon request. The hotel has a slight curve to the structure, so the city view rooms (east side) facing the front of the hotel are somewhat smaller than the ocean (west view) rooms.” Jun 1, 2009 by
David from San Francisco,CA
“Pleasant and well kept hotel in a good location. The front desk staff were lacking in friendliness and helpfulness when checking in.” Jun 1, 2009 by
Ken from San Diego,CA
“Very good value and quality.” May 27, 2009 by
Edward from Scottsdale,AZ
“We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Century City over Memorial Weekend 5/22-24 and it was the same weekend as a Latino Television Sales Conference. We were placed on a floor that had tons of rooms being used as conference rooms so it was quite busy in the halls. The room is nice, great lanai. Not much of a view but it was fine. Bathroom is very small!” May 18, 2009 by
Lynne from Chevy Chase,MD
“This is a luxury hotel with excellent customer service. Westfield Mall at Century City is just a few minutes away.” May 14, 2009 by
Jon from Studio City,CA
“Somewhat lacking in charm but overall a nice place to stay. West-facing balconies get odors from exhaust fans from kitchens below, but I have very sensitive nose, so that might not bother most people. Also, there was a fair amount of banging and crashing from the loading docks during the early morning hours too (we had our sliding door open to get some fresh air).” May 11, 2009 by
Michael from New York,NY
“Great room, great staff, would stay here again. Awesome location for my work travels.” Apr 25, 2009 by
Steve from Grass Valley,CA
“I love this hotel, but if you stay here make sure you request a room overlooking the pool. The lower level rooms in the middle of the floor overlooking the road are very noisy.” Apr 21, 2009 by
Julie from Reno,NV
“The staff was friendly, helpful and quick to please. The pool, indoor bar area and the outside X bar were above expectations.” Apr 14, 2009 by
Chad from Saratoga,CA
“Nice, upscale, and a wonder stay there.” Apr 9, 2009 by
Linda from Carlsbad,CA
“Lovely stay; hope to do it again.” Mar 18, 2009 by
April from Denver,CO
“The staff was very friendly, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Outdoor seating area was very nice. We were very dissatisfied, however, that the fitness center was not open to guests for free, and there was nowhere to get breakfast outside of the hotel, so we were forced to either get Starbucks or pay 14 dollars for a side of eggs at the hotel restaurant.” Mar 17, 2009 by
James from London,CA
“Excellent location, good bars and a grand entrance hall make this a great place for business and pleasure.” Mar 15, 2009 by
Luisa from Long Beach,CA
“Beautiful hotel, centrally located, but parking was inconvenient and expensive. The valet was $33 and the self parking was $24 with no in and out so you are forced to valet if you want to leave the hotel.” Mar 11, 2009 by
Tim from Palo Alto,CA
“Very warm hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Simon from Vancouver,Canada
“Nicely appointed, large modern hotel in convenient, if unremarkable neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and, like common areas, pleasantly decorated.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Scott from Winnipeg,Canada
“Nicely updated hotel. Not top tier, but nonetheless a very good . Location is quite good (not quite in the heart of the action, but close enough) and a short walk from Beverly Hills. The balconies are well done (although hardly extravagant) with very nice views on the one side of the hotel. Parking prices are brutal $33, but it's a big city, so one must expect this.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Evan from Nashville,TN
“The hotel is exclusive in appearance and service, but you'll pay through the nose for parking, room service, and any other services.” Mar 2, 2009 by
Millard from Skillman,NJ
“Fantastic place and great location with superb staff.” Feb 26, 2009 by
Chloe from San Jose,CA
“This was a great hotel and would definitely stay again. Room service was quick and helpful!” Feb 17, 2009 by
Melanie from St Charles,MO
“This hotel was in a great location, we could walk to several restaurants for dinner, it was also centrally located to do tourist things via driving. The decor of the hotel and rooms was beautiful. The prices in the hotel restaurants was very high, breakfast buffet $27, room service turkey burger with soda - $30.”
