“I enjoyed our stay, friendly welcome, clean and just nice.” Nov 28, 2009 by
Wayne from Sacramento,CA
“Very nice hotel. Employees were very courteous and knew their job well.” Oct 15, 2009 by
Kristian Wralstad from Richmond,CA
“ Exceeded expectations and was just comfortable for us to sleep, shower and unwind before exploring Los Angeles. Safe location and central to all the activities and events we were participating in. ” Aug 10, 2009 by
Jim from Visalia,CA
“This is a nice business friendly hotel near plenty of shopping and 15 mins from beach. Not too far from the 405 and 10 which opens up the whole area.” Aug 1, 2009 by
Kristi from Oklahoma City,OK
“The entire staff was very accommodating and professional. They remembered guests names and greeted them by name upon entering/exiting lobby area. The room was clean, decor was modern and inviting. The view from the balcony was beautiful at night. Free high speed internet was a definite perk as most places I've stayed in LA charge $12-15 a day. Housekeeping services were well above par. And the valet staff were superior to any I've experienced in LA or elsewhere.” Jul 11, 2009 by
Noved from Fresh Meadows,NY
“Excellent hotel, valet car service personals were great. Close to everything, posh neighborhood and highly recommanded. Coffe at the lobby must be availaboe through out the day! Will stay again.” Jun 21, 2009 by
Scott from Boise,ID
“The staff was excellent! Small refrigerators and a microwave in the room was nice as well as larger LCD TVs. I did not appreciate the 15 bucks a night for parking since you pretty much have to have a car to stay at this hotel and they know it. The location was poor and not near anything except a Ralph's supermarket across the street. You need a car to go anywhere because nothing is remotely within walking distance. This hotel is off the beaten path. The rooms were very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. This is a perfect place for a business traveler with a vehicle. No pool, which was unfortunate, however it did have a larger spa tub. It backs up to a residential area of which has one pretty noisy barking dog, but that was intermittent and not at night. Overall, it is a nice hotel. We did enjoy our stay.” Jun 19, 2009 by
Michael from Fair Oaks,CA
“Very nice hotel, with modern and upscale decor. Spacious room, excellent, friendly staff, LCD TV. Free computer with internet access in the lobby. We would stay there again without hesitation.” Jun 9, 2009 by
Brady from Philadelphia,PA “It's just in a bad location. Not really near anything. It's a nice room and the patios were awesome, but the restaurant just didn't square with the overall impressiveness of the place. It was sort of like having a breakfast at a Super 8, to be honest.” May 28, 2009 by
Karen from Rumford,RI
“From the valet service, front desk, housekeeping and overall comfort for guests, this hotel was perfect. Located in a convenient location to all and any destinations in Los Angeles. Complimentary computers/Internet was a plus for me as I didn't bring a laptop with me. Complimentary fruit & coffee & newspapers were readily available for guests daily. My room was impeccable whenever I returned from my day. The valet service was efficient and always with a sincere greeting leaving or arriving back to the hotel daily. I would recommend this property to anyone. Being allowed this hotel through Priceline has made me a Priceline supporter.” May 28, 2009 by
Nick from Tucson,AZ
“My wife and me stay for two nights at this hotel. No problem finding the location.” May 9, 2009 by
from Ottawa,Canada
“Overall it was a good hotel. The fire alarm testing lasted a long time. But the service was nice, given that we were priceline customers.” Apr 6, 2009 by
Kendall from Johnson City,TN
“Very friendly staff and the most helpful concierge. No extra charge for valet parking.” Apr 3, 2009 by
Jonathan from Lawrence Township,NJ
“I came in not expecting much, but was surprised by this hotel. It's much more like a full service Marriott than a Courtyard, the only real difference being that, it didn't have a full service restaurant, except for breakfast and light dinners.” Mar 24, 2009 by
Maria Christina from Union City,CA
“We had a good stay. Staff were very helpful.” Mar 23, 2009 by
Kate from Pismo Beach,CA
“Perfect for business travel.” Feb 26, 2009 by
David from Winnipeg,Canada
“Hotel rooms are spacious and well equipped. Free internet and free 1-800 calls are appreciated. Staff was great in every aspect; very friendly and very efficient. Hotel is convenient to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Also close to the I-405 for access to LAX and point south or north. Valet parking was reasonable and excellent in terms of service. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and also very good. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.” Feb 13, 2009 by
Sandra from Palm Springs,CA
“Marriott's Courtyard Hotels are all very nice. This one was easy to drive to and out of with the interstates, and close to all the shopping in Beverly Hills.” Jan 2, 2009 by
Barbara from San Jose,CA
“A pretty comfortable room, but no complimentary breakfast and hotel breakfast was $12. Also adding to the cost of staying there was a $15 a day parking fee. Since you needed the valet's help to get the car, a tip was required more than once a day. There was complimentary coffee and in each room there is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot.” Nov 4, 2008 by
Mark
“Other then parking fee was a little too high, my stay was nice and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there was everything you needed for a prolonged stay. Like: micro, frig, coffee maker, iron and ironin board. Each floor has a washer and dryer, which is great for the extended stay. Overall I had a great experience.” Oct 24, 2008 by
Jason
“Overall my say was good. The staff was very friendly. My only thing is that I don't like to have to valet my car every time I go in and out of the hotel. Otherwise the rooms were clean but small. There is only 1 elevator in the middle and if you're room is at the end of the hallway, it's a long walk to and from the elevator. If possible, request a room that's closer to the elevator. My room did have a balcony that was nice but I didn't really use it though.” Oct 19, 2008 by
Alan
“Quality hotel and friendly staff. Great location: close to everything in Beverly Hills and across the street from an urban supermarket.” Oct 16, 2008 by
james
“It is near the Beverly Hills and Rodeo Dr, shopping is abundant in the area, great shops and restaurants in the area.” Sep 2, 2008 by
Alyssa from Riverside
“When we arrived to the hotel, the room was stuffy. The AC was not turned on for us like the other hotels we've gone to. This particular room looked like the maid only made the bed and forgot everything else. There was food left in the fridge, I think it was rotten meat! There was a stater bros bag next to the fridge, the ironing board and table was still left out, and there was an open water bottle on the table. So we called the front desk, the guy apologized and was nice to us. He gave us another room, and it was much better. Another thing I did not like about the room was that the AC was really loud. It's hard to sleep, so we turned it off, but it got hot again.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Renee from San Diego, CA
“Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and needed to wait 15-20 minutes, otherwise I rate this hotel in the excellent range and will come again. There was a group/class using the outdoor patio when I went outside and went to the whirlpool area where there were tables and that was fine. Wish they had a better dinner menu for room service though. Maybe pasta dish could be added or club sandwich. Overall I was satisfied and pleased with everything.” Aug 16, 2008 by
Marie from San Diego, CA
“Great room and location for certain type of trips. I was truly comfortable.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Joy from North Hollywood, CA
“This hotel was clean, comfortable, friendly!” Jul 17, 2008 by
Phil from San Diego, CA
“Nice, clean and conveniently located close to the Los Angeles area we were visiting.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Brian from Independence, MO
“This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would highly recommend it.” Jul 16, 2008 by
Andrina from Yucca Valley, CA
“Good location, clean, comfortable, spacious room with refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, etc. There was a letter in the room saying they were going to pressure wash the building the next morning, however, we did not notice any undue noise from it. From the windows in the hallway, we could see huge, gorgeous morning glories blooming (and we were on the 3rd floor).” Jul 10, 2008 by
Dianey from Carmel Valley, CA
“Very good for business travelers but not very good for tourists. No pool which totally shocked us as that is what we were looking for on a hot day.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Catie from Bakersfield, CA
“The hotel was clean and worked for us because we weren't there much. The elevator needed some servicing, but for the most part, the hotel was fine.” Mar 3, 2008 by
Aaron from Washington, DC
“They were overbooked and sent me to a new hotel for one night and made me come back to them for the second night. This was highly inconvenient and ruined the experience.” Feb 29, 2008 by
Laura from Little River, SC
“The location and style of this hotel did a lot to make us feel safe, comfortable and rested during our two-night stay in L.A. We were slightly disappointed when our reserved 2-bed double room was changed to a king and hide-a-bed and w/ the pricey breakfast buffet although it was very nicely presented and the staff throughout the hotel was great. It wasn't easy getting to other destinations but this seems to be the case throughout the city. When we sought transportation to the Chinese Theatre, the desk clerk summoned a driver who said he would take us for $35--too much! Instead, we called a less expensive taxi to take us to the Four Seasons Hotel to catch a tour bus. Despite imperfections, this is an above-average hotel with a very nice atmosphere and I would probably stay here again.” Feb 27, 2008 by
Doug from Reedley, CA
“For the cost of the room I expected it to be a bit less cramped for space! I also was charged extra for parking!” Jan 2, 2008 by
Erika from Boulder, CO
“This was a great place to stay in west la with kids. Coin laundry, free cookies in the lobby, very friendly staff, and a great location. We would definitely stay here again.” Oct 30, 2007 by
Marcela from Torrence, CA
“Very clean, comfortable, and nearby our destination.” Sep 19, 2007 by
Katie from Huntington Beach, CA
“It was in the middle of nowhere with not a restaurant in site.” Sep 9, 2007 by
Frequent T. from Apple Valley, CA
“The hotel is located around various landmarks, the facility is well kept. What surprised me was how incompetent the morning staffs behavior was. Two people in particular. Mainly the general manager, he's very unprofessional to say the least. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, due to the lack of professionalism that I encountered. It was a total nightmare.” Aug 30, 2007 by
Patrick from Carmel Valley, CA
“This was a great hotel for me. I had business in Pasadena and Marina Del Rey and this hotel made getting to both places easy.” Aug 28, 2007 by
Barry from Aptos, CA
“Centrally located in Beverly hills / century city. Close to shopping and transportation. Staff was very courteous and professional.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Frank from Hong Kong, LA
“This is an excellent hotel and I would stay there again and recommend it to others.” Jul 25, 2007 by
Jim from San Francisco, CA
“The location was perfect for our trip. Only 10 minute drive to West Hollywood and very close to expressways for our downtown commute.” Jul 10, 2007 by
Bane H. from Las Vegas, NV
“Good value for location.” Jul 6, 2007 by
Candace from Encino, CA
“Better than a 2 1/2 star.” May 31, 2007 by
Shoshi from Millbrae, CA
“I highly recommend this hotel because to the end it was very clean. The place looked new which is very important in hotel (I don't like to be in old place that looks neglected). There is a free internet in every room and it was great when I connected my computer.” May 30, 2007 by
Jesus from El Paso, TX
“It's a great place to stay and very accessible to all parts of the area. Great service and friendly staff. Ralph's right across from it.” May 9, 2007 by
Andrew from Rancho Mirage, CA
“Marriott has a very nice hotel in the heart of Century City that allows for easy access to all parts of Los Angeles. The $15 breakfast (which we were lead to believe was part of the room charge) was not worth the admission price.” Apr 25, 2007 by
Kim from Peoria, AZ
“Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Nearby freeway access. Close to Santa Monica Beach. Would be happy to stay there again.” Mar 23, 2007 by
Julie from Kent, WA
“Room was clean and nicely decorated, although a bit small. Bed was comfortable, however pillows were very uncomfortable! Sister and her husband also stayed at this hotel. Their room was located next to the elevator and they had a lot of noise and vibration from the elevator.”
