• the location was near the beach.
• Nickel and dime you to death.

“Nice hotel definitely stayed in nicer. I found that they charged a lot for the extras such as $34 a day to park the car and $14.95 per day for Internet that's an added $49 a day. I found it just a little too much to take. Would I stay there again or recommend to a friend I would not.”

• Near the beach, close to shopping/restaurants and
  nice gym.
• No free internet in rooms.

“Housekeeping was slow to bring rollaway bed. Loved that we could walk everywhere; beach, shopping, etc. Bed was very comfortable.”

• Staff was great; restaurant was superb with great pianist on weekend; across the street from great beach; Santa Monica pier down the street.
• We should have called the spa ahead of time to book a message.
