• The ocean, however you can't swim in it.
• Overpriced for what you get.

“I was very disappointed in our stay especially for the amount of money I paid. First, you have to pay for everything! Valet even though they put your car in the sun just feet away, $6 for bottled water, there's no pool, no Jacuzzi, no gym. We ate there and the food was average. I've had a better steak at a dinner. The service (other than housekeeping) was awful. The front desk guy, was a jerk. He haggled me and argued with me over a piddle $60. The manager would not even come up front to speak with me personally. I ended up leaving furious. When I pay money for one night of enjoyment in your hotel and restaurant, I expect to be treated extremely well. I definitely don't want to spend my last moments arguing back and forth. Best advice is find somewhere else where they appreciate your business. Customer service is everything, and I will never return. Furthermore, I will be sharing my experience with everyone that asks how my trip went. Thanks for making what would have been an amazing evening, a complete nightmare.”
