“This is a very old hotel but that is its charm - I would stay again.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Darren from Bakersfield,CA
“Super clean, tiny bathroom and very thin walls!” Apr 18, 2009 by
Sally from Hollister,CA
“This hotel was conveniently located. The rooms were small, but cute. They are pretty clean. Some stains on the carpet, but the linens were great. It had wireless internet which was great, and a nice large flat screen TV. The only problem was the mattress. It was lumpy, it wasn't the best nights sleep I have had, but if it wasn't for that, I would have slept like a baby. It is very quiet. However, the maids were loud in the morning. We had the do not disturb thing hanging on the door, but they didn't seem to be able to use their inside voices. However, I will stay here again. It is very comfy and the Priceline cost made it very worth the money.” Apr 11, 2009 by

“Adorable little place for families and business travelers looking for a cottage style hotel. Ideal location for visiting SB!” Jan 15, 2009 by

“It was a real let down over all. It would have been better to stay at a reputable chain. It was a mom and pop and not well maintained. There were no frills like coffee maker or hair dryer. The TV was fuzzy. It we could hear every foot step outside the door in the halls. The carpets were gross and dirty. It blew over all. I feel a bit taken.” Aug 11, 2008 by
Bruce from Altadina, CA
“Rooms tiny, furnishings getting worn; bathroom wall patches lacked paint, no A/C if it were to be needed. A 1940's era motel trading on its Montecito location without the value of similarly-marketed roadside inns on the central coast.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Kerri from Tehachapi, CA
“A quaint charmer on a quiet street. Our room was tiny, but met all of our needs. Everything was impeccably clean and fresh. Very helpful, friendly staff. Definitely recommended.” Oct 2, 2006 by
James from Akron, OH
“Nice older Hotel in a convent location. Close to freeway but only stayed overnight. I can't judge how convent it is to other attractions since we only visited Anta Barbara Mission.” Jul 30, 2006 by
Jens from Oslo, NY
“Value for money inn, relatively close to the beach. Not too many facilities in the area, but decent enough for a stay in the Santa Barbara area.” Hotel Representatives:
