“it suited our purpose to spend the night and easy access to unload the car - Was very helpful to have the WiFi access. Thanks for everything! Sorry this took so long to complete. Thanks for your service. Very helpful! Best Wishes! and all the best for 2010.” Sep 18, 2009 by

“I have stayed at this hotel before, and had good memories of it, but this recent visit shattered that pre-conception. The front desk staff was rude to us from the moment we got there, and it only got worse. The only sincere kindness I picked up on was when I gave him my credit card upon checkout.” Dec 15, 2008 by
Leslie from Los Angeles,AR
“I would definitely stay here again. Nothing fancy, just a lovely staff, fantastic location, super comfy beds and towels, and quiet. Perfect for our needs (son's sporting event at SBCC on a winter weekend). Very satisfied customers!” Dec 7, 2008 by
Angela from Mission Viejo,CA
“A very cute hotel with friendly, great service. The room was very clean with lots of amenities. Not too close to downtown State st but easy walking distance to the beach. Great continental breakfast. I would recommend and upstairs room due to the noise overhead. Otherwise a great hotel.” May 6, 2008 by

“Wonderful place to stay, friendly staff, great location, great value. If I'm in the area I would choose again.” Nov 8, 2006 by

“The location of this hotel is exceptional for the price, and the staff could not have been more appealing (the person at the front desk is so warm, helpful and on top of his job). The facility itself is old, and the room was dank, terrible bed comforters, and old levelor glass windows that looked right out to the breakfast patio with no privacy at all. But I was not there for to stay in the room, it was just across the street from a gorgeous beach, had access to the old Radison dining and bar, and the front desk help so kind that I for the reasonable price it asks I would stay there again (so long as I wasn't on a romantic weekend or planning on lots of time in the room).” Aug 16, 2006 by

“We stayed on a weekend and there were very few hotels with vacancy. The price was a little steep for the accommodations but supply and demand dictates. Great breakfast and friendly staff make it worth it for a lesser price. Overall I was satisfied and would stay again for a cheaper rate.” Jul 4, 2006 by
Craig H. from Los Angeles, CA
“Great location for kids between beach and zoo. Friendly manager makes all guests welcome, especially. at nice continental breakfast. Rooms were clean enough, though could use some sprucing up starting with bedspreads. With pool and nearby beach it's a fine summer place.” Hotel Representatives:
