• The outside of the hotel is inviting and charming.
• The breakfast is much like a complimentary breakfast yet you will be charged a fee of $7 to $12 bucks.

• Spacious room.
• Room was a little dusty.

“The hotel and it's staff were great. I was very pleased with the spacious room. We had our one year old with us, so there was plenty of room for her play yard. I was able to check in 7hrs early at no extra cost. We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip!”

• The bed was extremely comfortable, room clean, staff extremely helpful.
• Not enough reasonable restaurants around.

• General Manager was excellent. It was an actual customer service!
• Housekeeping ladies were annoying.

• All staff members that we've encountered are friendly and helpful.
• Would like a mini-fridge and a microwave in our room but it's not a big problem.

• Housekeeping forgot to supply washcloths.

“I was about to shower when I found there was no washcloth in room. Later on I found a wash cloth behind bathroom waste basket on floor which looked like it had been used to clean floor. I mentioned that to the desk clerk upon checking out so I would not be held responsible. The desk clerk apologized and gave me a coupon for a free continental breakfast. I thought this was a gracious gesture.”

• The elevator was noisy and slow and shook.

“It is not a bad hotel; it just looks like they sloppily remodeled an old hotel. The wall paper was cut poorly, the elevator was awful. Do not get me wrong, it served its purpose; it is just not the best hotel in the world.”

• Couple in next room a little loud. May not be hotels fault.

• Hotel room was very nice and clean. Room was actually a nice size and had a full sofa and coffee table with a king size bed. Pillows were excellent.
• We had trouble getting in the room every time we left it because the key cards were not working on the 3rd floor.

• Quiet neighborhood, good housekeeping, fresh coffee.
• Carpets had stains from cigarette burns, Air conditioner unit too noisy.

“Everything was excellent. Had a good sleep. Mattress was soft and very comfortable. We felt fully rested in the morning. Only the carpet had stains or cigarette burns in many spots which was kind of uncomfortable since we both are non smokers.”

• We checked in late and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They noticed we had our children, and offered to bring extra towels.
• The bathtub had very slow drainage, so when we showered, the water filled up in the tub.

• Carpet in room was dirty and the maid didn't vacuum.

“Courtyard Fresno Airport is probably the hotel that has checked me in the fastest. Great friendly staff, nice hotel with everything in perfect working order. Nice pool area with jacuzzi. Quiet area, despite its proximity to the airport. Amble parking and few fast food places around. Nothing really to see in the vicinity; boring part of town. Very convenient for Sequouia Natl. Park and the highways. Highly recommend!”

• Nothing that I didn't like.

“This hotel is extremely convenient for airport travelers, and I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was clean and the staff was very accomodating about requests (2 beds, non-smoking, adjoining rooms, roll-away).”

• Snack at $3 a pop in the room is too tempting.

“The staff is very courteous and go out of their way for you. They let me in to the jacuzzi at 5:30 in the morning. The food in their dining room is reasonably priced and very good. The room are clean and spacious with everything in good working order.”

“This hotel is located next to the airport and very convenient to the fairgrounds. This is our third stay at this Marriott. We love the service, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and bath are spacious and very clean. We were able to open the window to get some fresh air.”

• VERY thin walls! No bellboy or concierge, had to make bed in sofa ourselves.

“Depending on destination, meetings and desired entertainment and meals, the location may or may not be good. Right across the street from the main airport entrance is good, Starbucks 500 feet away is good. Is close to Clovis and east Fresno but far from the big shopping mall on Hwy 41 and we had to hunt for a restaurant. This is NOT a 3 to 4-star establishment. About 2 stars because of the thin walls. Rooms are not small but they are stuffed with furniture. Not much room to move around. Have free coffee but breakfast buffet is $9. ”

• We didn't receive our wake up call and the alarm clock didn't work , which caused us to miss our flight.

• friendly staff, in a safe area, ample parking. Quiet, considering it's next to airport
• not as well kept as other Courtyard hotels. No workout room.

“You can pretty much count on Courtyards to have a no-frills, comfortable room. This one was not quite as nice and new as other Courtyards I've stayed at recently, but it was OK. Front desk was very nice & helpful. That part was better than other courtyards. Confusing computer access for in room use. Printer broken. No workout room.”
