• Nice place and they drove me to the mall.
• I know that the had rooms when I arrived, but I had to wait till check-in.

“Overall experience was pretty good, but I was tired and I had to wait a long time before they checked me in, most hotels that I have been staying at will let you check in before check-in time or right when I get there, and believe me, I know they had rooms there were hardly no people and no cars out side in the parking lot.”

“The staff couldn't have been nicer from check-in to breakfast the next morning. Rooms are nicely appointed and having wireless internet was great! Breakfast buffet was ok but the waiter couldn't do enough to accommodate us!”

• This hotel had a great pool.
• The restaurant and bar area was being remodeled at the time of our stay.

“The hotel was good but our room was very noisy since it was right next to the exit door. We stayed in the same hotel a few weeks earlier and this time I requested the same room next to the pool and they said that those rooms they had for their good clients.”

• Construction. Unfriendly staff, no elevator.

“I hate this hotel. I had a room on second floor with no elevator which is not located in the main building, even though I had two little kids and big baggage. The staff did not say sorry about that. There was construction so the lobby was very inconvenient.”

• It was very hot in the lobby and a little out of date.

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to an array of good restaurants. We called ahead for 2 queen beds non-smoking and were told they would be available when we got to the hotel we were given two twin beds (not acceptable) when we argued a bit we were given 2 double. We did eat in the hotel restaurant for breakfast and had the buffet which was very good ($9.99 per person).”

• Room service was bad! Card key never worked!

“I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn before and will never stay at one again. We had a really bad experience here. Room service never brought us anything we need in a timely manner. We had to call them at least 4 times and usually got the item an hour later. The card key for the room never worked. I had to go everyday to the front desk to get new keys. Probably the worst place I stayed at. We asked for an extra blanket and room service said they had no more blanket. Very absurd!”

• The rooms were inside and safe. The slider opened into the pool/garden area.
• My room key failed twice and had to be replaced both times. I was stuck outside in back/dark.

“We were very surprised with the accommodations. Clean, bright, comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. I was traveling with my daughter and felt very safe. No noise from the airport, staff friendly and helpful.”

• The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Beautiful indoor pool area with waterfall.
• Public computer access could be upgraded for those travelers without laptops. A larger area with perhaps 3 or 4 computers would work well.

“Overall, this is an outstanding hotel that caters well to the business traveler and family alike. Its location is excellent and easy to find if driving and right across the street from the airport as well. Beautiful indoor grounds with a large swimming pool complete with waterfall and lush green vegetation throughout. Very appealing.”

• The indoor pool with waterfall.
• No elevator.

“This hotel is average and clean and the staff was friendly. The only drawback was the smoking rooms were right next to the non-smoking rooms. This was unpleasant for a non-smoker to have to walk through a hallway smelling of cigarettes. Yuck.”

• He hotel staff was always friendly and accommodating. Room serves was fabulous, amazing food at good prices for room serves. I recommend the blue che.
• They are short on double beds rooms.

• Was put in a handicapped room.

“The hotel service was good, but the restaurant in the hotel, got my girlfriends order wrong twice in the end they only charged us for one meal. The hotel has a nice indoor pool, every nice for families, but not if you are looking for a romantic get away.”

• The hotel was old, old wood doors, trying to look new.

“An older hotel trying to look newer, clean, but older decor and old wood doors, a faint cigarette smell since now its non-smoking, ok for the price, wouldn't be my first choice if staying longer than one night.”

• Staff is very friendly and helpful.
• They classify double beds same as Queen size beds.

“Indoor pool area is very nice but you can hear the noise from the pool area until 10:00 p.m. while in your room because that's when the pool closes. So unless you want to go to sleep earlier than that, it would not be an inconvenience. Restaurant staff was very nice but the breakfast biscuits & gravy was not very tasty, tasted watery.”

• The swim area was nice.
• We are always put in the back building. Would have preferred a room in the front building so my daughter could swimming / not walk through parking lot.

“The rooms are small and somewhat crowded. There is no connecting walkway and we have to walk through the parking lot to get to the main front building that houses the pool, restaurant, etc. The first room we were given had the beds unmade and stuff all over the floor. The room we were given next had pills scattered over the floor and empty water bottles in the room.”

• Location, one block from where I needed to be in Fresno.
• Housekeeping.

“Good location if you need to be near the airport. Area around it is not so nice. Room was clean but on the smallish side. Housekeeping did not come on first day we were there, had to go and find maid around 6:00 PM to get my room cleaned. The next morning housekeeping walked in as they were knocking at 9:00 AM.”

• Friendly accommodating well light and secured by professional personnel 24/7.
• Pool was not well light and I left early since another visitor stalked me swimming and I did not report it but wished someone from staff would supervisor.

“Very nice and enjoyed my stay would stay again and wished the pool would have had a security camera so they could supervise guests in the exercise swimming areas until 11 pm as posted I believe security went home at 10pm.”

• Free internet. Saw kids running around. Good for family that have kids to use indoor pool.
• Noisy! Minimal clean. Wallpaper ripped out of walls in bathroom.

“At first look this hotel is nice. The room is moderately decent. The bathroom has details like, wallpaper and tile missing from bottom of floor. Very noisy. I was woken up at 5am from guest leaving, carts rolling down the hall from cleaning staff, and loud air planes taking off from airport across the street. The restaurant is not worth the trip. The breakfast bar was terrible, cold eggs and rubbery. Not worth the trip. Not a 3 star hotel. Not worth the money.”

• There was nothing enjoyable about my stay.
• The hotel service was horrific. It smelled of smoke when we asked for non-smoking. In the room, it did not have all the amenities.

“It was a very unpleasant stay. The room smelled of smoke and it was hard to breathe. There were very few amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is a one star hotel.”

• The front desk staff was very nice.
• The hotel was not attractive.

“The hotel is due for a complete remodel. It reminded me of the 70's with the orange, yellow and brown colors through out the hotel. This hotel made a Holiday Inn Express look like a five star resort. The service was ok. I would not recommend this Hotel, although it would be a good destination for the Griswold's family vacation.”

“The hotel is a pretty standard Holiday Inn. Its an older property that has gone through renovations. Room was small and I could hear airport noise and slamming of doors. Bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was nice. Room had two phones, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was small and the towels were very thin. Fitness room needs new equipment.”

• How the rooms surrounded the indoor pool.
• Hotel clerk gave out a second key to a stranger who entered our room in the middle of the night.

“The hotel was nice and clean. Feel they need to fix the toilets. They do not flush very well. Our friends that stayed there also had the same problem.”

“Upon check-in, I was informed that there was no room available for the first night. I had to reload my bags, check in to the Marriot Courtyard, reload and wait for clean room the second fifth nights. H/Inn under remodel, my room was not complete with accessories. Room located off courtyard/pool/spa. They allow children/guests to use pool at 8 AM - 10 PM. Difficult to concentrate, do business in room. You can't sleep in or go to bed early due to noise. Spa water was cold. Missed making up my room one night.”

• We needed to change our reservation date and the staff did this without any problems.
• The room was small. Only 2 towels, I requested a roll away long before we to the hotel and long after we were there we were still waiting for it.

“It is helpful when a hotel that advertises itself as "family friendly" can actually accommodate a family in a room; ie, a small couch with a pull out bed, a set of towels for each family member, room for a roll away without bumping into furniture trying to get by, getting the roll away into the room before the guest arrives. In fact, I had to call at 9:30p.m. twice to get a roll away I had requested earlier in the day, long before we arrived. Kids eating free is nice, but I'd rather have kids sleeping soundly and the ability to walk around the room without difficulty.”

“I paid for two days when only could use one. Hotel policies are unrealistic and are just ammunition for hotel staff to keep your money. Terrible. Instead of reserving a room next time I'll just rather sleep in my car.”

“Nasty, dirty stained sheets when we checked in. Problem was taken care of within 5 minutes. When we returned the second night at 11:30 PM, maid service had not been done. Again taken care of within 5 minutes. A lot less hassle for us if things had been done right in the first place.”

“Room barely accommodated the single double bed; it was a smoking room; it was the farthest in the hotel from the registration; there was no pen or pencil; the reservation had been made three days in advance; it was the worst hotel experience in memory.”
