• Outstanding facilities!!!!!!!!!
• No complaints.

“I arrived with 2 different room dates, but the staff was able to work it out so all I had to do was check out one morning and check back in, and still keep my original room. The breakfast was wonderful; my suite was beautiful, and for my price, which was $45, even the manager of the hotel was a little shocked at my bargain price.”

• It has a computer & printer available for guest use, which made it possible to print out my boarding passes before returning home. Rooms are great too.
• Pool was not ready for use.

“This is a wonderful motel away from the main attractions of Reno. It is close enough to drive wherever you want, and yet have some privacy. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need for your stay (dishes included). I liked the fact we could buy groceries and store them in the fridge, or cook in our kitchen. They also offer grocery shopping service. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are kept clean and they also do the dishes in the dish washer for you. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at.”

• The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. I got the best nights sleep that I can remember.
• I prefer to stay more centrally located- but it wasn't too far out.

“Great for business or vacation travelers. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The complimentary breakfast was a plus.”

• The Book of Mormon in the drawer/Awesome Breakfast.
• The elevator entry was a little odd.

“Loved it--very comfortable and roomy. The absolute best breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, sausage, eggs, O'brian potatoes, etc.”

• Nice to have a kitchen with children.
• A little far from the action, but worth it.

“We had a great stay and were pleasantly surprised since it was rated with only 2.5 stars. It deserves more.”

• Polite and professional staff.
• Out of the way in terms of location but not enough to prevent me from returning.

“The perfect place for those of us who don't want to be near the casino scene. The staff were friendly and the complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the hotel for those who are passing through town or are there for a couple of days.”

• The hotel offered a hot complimentary breakfast, not just a continental breakfast.

“This hotel was an excellent choice. Rated at 2 1/2 stars I was expecting a dive, but the Residence Inn was very much the quality of the Marriott which is the mother company. It was in South Reno, but only about 10 minute drive from the strip in Reno.”

“The Residence Inn in Reno was great. It was clean and all the amenities were there. They clearly have thought out what a traveler might need. I only wish we could have spent more time there.”

“Was overbooked but we got our rooms fine. Didn't have nonsmoking room available but put ozone filtering system in room while we were at dinner and it was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful and rooms were great.”
