• Had a bed to sleep on.
• Parking was restricted.

“It was a nice hotel with restricted parking and the restaurant was very limited, friendly but the food was not the greatest. Not much of a choice in dining.”

• Easy check in and out, great in rooms movies, great location.
• The pool was not open.

“This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay near the Reno airport before we had to catch a flight the next morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was good. Loved the in room movies options”

• Price, and convenient to airport.
• Spa and exercise room too small and hard to find.

“Nice hotel, and convenient to airport. However, the spa is located inside a room within the exercise room. Not conducive to relaxation at all.”

• The elevator & 2nd floor reeked of marijuana smoke on Saturday night.

• The closeness to the airport, within walking distance.
• Exercise room was uninviting and the decor a little dated.

• Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient location
• Old rooms, could hear every movement from the room above ours the whole night

“Staff is friendly and they provided an extra refrigerator and microwave on request free of cost as we had a small baby with us. Please request to get the room on the top floor otherwise you may be wondering the whole night what the folks on the room above are doing.”

• check in staff was not helpful when a probem came up

“I had reservations for two rooms. I didn't remember that I put them under two different names. Upon check-in, I handed the reservation #'s to the clerk and was told that I only had one room reserved. I showed him the receipt which showed I had reserved two rooms.”

• I liked the quiet away from the casinos
• the bed was old--mattress worn out

“This was a quiet, nice hotel but needs a little tlc for the rating. The on-site dining was good, the rooms clean but a little worn.”

• Close to Airport, Staff who addressed my needs without hassle middle of the night
• Run down room, temperature control was broken, lousy interior, dirty towels, temperature control malfunction

“Checked in late night, staff was friendly so was the lady at the bar. When I entered the room, room was extremlycold, Thermostat was broken. I still tried to sleep through as it was midnight and I had early flight to catch. Woke up after an hour.. cold was unbearable and so was the smell. Called the staff at front. They were promt in their response and moved me to the room opposite, which was warm, cleaner (however still far from acceptable standards) and comfortable.

10 to their staff, 1 to the hotel management.. whoever they are!

I can not believe that they are not aware of these issues!!”

• It was very close to the convention center where we were conducting business.

“Very neat, well situated hotel. Easy access to the highway system. The styling of the hotel is quite old fashioned, yet it is very well maintained.”

• The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. I was given my choice of floors upon checking in.
• The hallway ceilings were barely 6 1/2 feet high, and my husband almost hit his head!

“The room was large, clean, and had a reasonably comfortable bed. Parking was free and convenient. I would definitely be willing to stay here again.”

• nice hot showers, better than sleeping in car
• bedroom was a meeting room with fold down bed

“It was OK, but much worse than the 2.5 stars rated it. It was a crowded holiday weekend, and we were wakened by crying babies on one side, upstairs neighbors bowling or slamdancing, and audible highway noise on another side.”

“I was told that the hotel was sold out of non-smoking rooms but then she found a room for us. The room seems like it need some update. There sink/coffee stand stuck out into the hall and I was afraid someone might run into it. Later that night when we went back to our room, the hall was messy...it had garbage all over and plus we saw vomit in front of a doorway. There was a mistake in my final bill also. I was charged for something that I never charge.”

“We checked into one of our rooms 1 hour before regular check in time and they were nice about allowing that, but the 2nd room we had requested was 2 floors away from the 1st. Clean, comfortable, spacious, convinient.”

“The Motel general grounds and appearance were great. However the room was in need of repair, it looked like it was a room saved for the bottom of the barrel. The towels and wash clothes were worn and only 2 bath towels were in the room. The staff was very polite and helpful when asked for more towels.”

“We travel with a large family. We can't risk paying for breakfast and parking. The hotel was very nice and thankfully we didn't have to pay parking. But trying to find a reasonably priced breakfast for a large family by an airport was hard.”

“While the price was acceptable and the location great, the hallway STANK both days (first of strong fish and then of wet dog) and the amenities listed on the BW website and in the hotel brochure were not actually offered (no casino on site or even close by).”
