• The lobby was nice.
• The pool had no water in it. The rooms were shabby. Maid service only made the bed. Did not clean.

“I would not stay in this hotel again. It was so shabby that my husband and I felt uncomfortable the two days we were there. The room has no air that you can control and the fan they gave us was inefficient. There was no water in the pool. The maid never cleaned up the second day we were there - they only made the bed. Did not throw dirty cups out or clean the coffee maker or leave additional coffee for the next day. I don't recommend this hotel.”

“The size of the room was nice. The size of the bathroom was not. The beds were uncomfortable. The heating and air conditioning, or lack there of, was horrific. The temp outside was about 70-75 degrees and we couldn't get the room to cool down. According to the note in the room you have no control over how hot or cold you want it. And if you wanted cooled down you would need to get a fan from the office if they had any left. We had to sit in the room with the door open just to get cooled off, as did every other room. Which is so nice when people are constantly passing by and can look right in on you and your family. I would not recommend this hotel at all.”

• I liked that it was private and quite.
• The sign was small so it was a little hard to locate.

“I was very pleased with the over all location, and convenience of the location. The rooms were nice and was very pleased at the room and so was my family that had rooms there as well.”

• Was greeted by an extremely friendly clerk.
• The shower water fluxuated in tempature, no matter what temp I chose.

“Overall, a nice stay, would have liked a nicer shower, but the bed was comfy and I had no trouble getting comfortable.”

• Nicer than some of the 4 star hotels that we have stayed in.
• The restaurant was a bar.

“It was clean, comfortable and the staff was helpful and very decent. We enjoyed our stay and never felt like we were intruding on anyone's time.”

• Hotel was worth the price. It was a clean place for my family to sleep.

“Our room was clean! and close to the airport. It was definitely worth the money. The hotel had a nice setup, and the courtyard was pretty. My family enjoyed the scenery while walking to breakfast. The check-in was extremely simple, and the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I had to call him at 12:30am to ask directions, and he was glad to help. We would definitely stay again if in the area.”

• Outdoor pool was nice, staff was friendly and helpful.
• Wallpaper, bathroom could use updating, breakfast ended a bit early.

“The room was clean and stocked; it could have used a little updating but was what we expected for the price. It was about 3miles from the strip but not too out of the way. Staff was very nice. I would probably stay again if I couldn't get something at one of the casinos.”

• Courtyard grounds very nice, clean pool, continental breakfast good and lots of parking.
• My room had a smell of dog urine. Didnt see it, but they should have rooms designated for pets only.

“Good experience overall. We towed a car for hot august nights and they let us keep the truck and trailer on the property along with many others. We liked that we didn't have to find additional parking facilities. The price was a little high due to the event, but we would stay there again and recommend it to others. The motel and grounds were kept very clean and helped us to be comfortable.”

• Too far from the main strip of Reno.

• Mom. Wireless internet in the lobby.
• Very dated rooms and hard beds.

“The super 8 was a bit hard to find late at night. The lobby is very nice, and for the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are very dated and in need of being updated. I would have preferred to have stayed at one of the big hotels but waited to long and had to with a smaller motel room. This hotel is about 3 or 4 miles from downtown if that matters. I won't be staying here again, but, it was an ok place to stay in a pinch.”

• Parking in front of room, did not need to drag luggage through lobby or up stairs.
• Very limited control over room temperature/ventilation. Poor lighting due to use of "energy efficient" luminaries.

“The guest rooms are old, in need of some refurbishing and new furniture. The interiors are rather gloomy with very poor lighting level. The hotel controls level of heating OR cooling. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, but we will not stay there again. We were disappointed because we have stayed in much nicer Super 8's in the past.”

• Heating/air was broken - motel is aware but not fixing.

“This motel is older and has not been updated much. Rooms were clean but much worn. Heating/air doesn't work in the rooms. There's a nice little sign explaining it, but it does not help the conditions. It's fairly close to the airport and inexpensive for Reno.”

• The hotel was so convenient to everything--shopping, restaurants, banks, casinos, etc.
• The complimentary breakfast muffins were really bad and there was a hole in one of the bedspreads.

“I would recommend this hotel to just about everyone. For me, the location was ideal. It was quiet and the staff was very nice.”

• The room had no controls for the air which ran all the time. Room was dirty.

“The hotel was hard to find. The room needed a good cleaning. We froze to death all night. We would not stay there again!”

• Bath rooms were too small, building main. Could improve.

“If you're not a big spender this is the place too go. The king size bed was great for my bad back but the bath room needs to grow up for handicap people. Overall, the staff was a pleasure to work with and the stay was pleasant. Thanks for a good stay.”
