• Good value, clean.
• Heating/air was broken - motel is aware but not fixing.

“This motel is older and has not been updated much. Rooms were clean but much worn. Heating/air doesn't work in the rooms. There's a nice little sign explaining it, but it does not help the conditions. It's fairly close to the airport and inexpensive for Reno.”

• The hotel was so convenient to everything--shopping, restaurants, banks, casinos, etc.
• The complimentary breakfast muffins were really bad and there was a hole in one of the bedspreads.

“I would recommend this hotel to just about everyone. For me, the location was ideal. It was quiet and the staff was very nice.”

• Bed.
• The room had no controls for the air which ran all the time. Room was dirty.

“The hotel was hard to find. The room needed a good cleaning. We froze to death all night. We would not stay there again!”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall cleanliness was good.
• Bath rooms were too small, building main. Could improve.

“If you're not a big spender this is the place too go. The king size bed was great for my bad back but the bath room needs to grow up for handicap people. Overall, the staff was a pleasure to work with and the stay was pleasant. Thanks for a good stay.”

• Exterior upkeep needs attention, i.e., stairwells.

“If your looking for a nice clean room for sleeping purposes. Not recommended for honeymoon getaway or weekly stay.”

• Signage is too small, making motel difficult to find, especially at night.

“Convenient to shopping and airport, but not to casinos, so if the former are your principal destinations, would be a good place to stay.”
