• Great breakfast.
• External Cardreader nearest to our room wasn't working.

“Though hidden, this is one of the best places to stay in Fresno for its cleanliness, rooms with full sized refridgerators, electric stove and microwave. I really enjoyed the convenient separate living space and separate bedroom.”

• The hotel was very pleasant to stay at and the customer service was excellent.
• There was nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

“When I arrived at this hotel I was very impressed with it. The customer service was excellent and my room was clean and ready for me. It was a quiet stay and I felt very safe. It was close to my destination (Fresno State) and to other areas where I wanted to do some shopping. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.”

• Great breakfast, nice room, great stay.
• A little too close to the fwy, just a little noisy.

“Check-in was fast and easy. My kids wished we would have had time to use the pool, tennis court and basketball court, maybe next time. This is a great area, food, shopping and entertainment everywhere! Would definitely stay again.”

• The rooms were spacious and clean.
• The clerk was very rude.

“The hotel was excellent. The bed was comfortable and it was relaxing. I arrived earlier than my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter, we were all there for a business trip and when they checked in they would not give out an extra key so they had to put their stuff in one room until my son and I arrived back from the convention. It was 1:00 am.”

• Good breakfast.
• Not very elegant but serviceable.

“For the short stay and for my needs for that time, it was fine. Not as elegant or luxurious as I would like but fine for my needs for that trip.”

• Not too expensive
• The non smoking room we were in was incredibly smokey

“After entering our rooms, I asked the person helping us if this was really a non-smoking room and he said it was even though it was incredibly smokey. Our entire family could hardly breath. It was a very unpleasant experience. Sleep proved to be almost impossible.”
