• Clean room.
• You have to walk through the whole casino to get to the elevator.

“Very clean, non-smoking room that really didn't smell like smoke. Often casino rooms always smell a little, but this was nice.”

“I had stayed at Harrah's Reno many times in the past always with a good impression of the place. I will never go back there again because of the level of service experienced in many areas (check in, restaurant, valet service were the worst).”

• The location is great.
• That they did not have conditioner in the bathroom.

“The staff was very helpful and I was pleased with my overall experience except that there was no conditioner in the bathroom. I didn't bring any because every hotel I've been to has shampoo and conditioner in the room.”

• Clean. Updated. Had all amenities available.
• Paying for High-speed wireless access.

“While many hotel casinos in Reno are slow to update their facilities, Harrah's had nicely furnished rooms and newer common areas. They have good options when it comes to eating. Friendly staff at the front desk, restaurants, etc. Have wireless Internet access, but not free, so adding this to the cost of the room lessens the overall value.”

• Convenient to other hotels with activity in the afternoon.
• Hotel was booked up but there were no people black jack tables were not open in the afternoon no cocktail waitresses.

“At check in the hotel had a wrong address. Room was great and we were on a high floor.”

• We had hoped for room service between 10 and 12 but didn't get it.

• The room was non-smoking and it did not smell like smoke! Very good!
• The swimming pool is above the steak restaurant so the smell of grilled meats was overwhelming.

• Location; the pool.
• Hard to navigate.

“If you have a great pair of shoes this hotel is for you. To get to anything you must travel here there and then back to everywhere. Nothing ever conveniently located. Very nice casino. And the staff was great.”

• When we checked in and we wanted a king size bed. They didn't have any available.

“Gaming area in one of the two buildings is under construction. Seemed like an old space in need of work. The rooms were nice but had a limited control over the temp. In all a 2 or 2 plus.”

• Nice room on an upper floor had a great view of the city and mountains.
• Cigarette smoking in the common areas; not a good family environment.

“Located in downtown Reno and easily accessible by free shuttle from the airport. Price very good for the quality of the room, but. It's Reno with cigarette smoke very heavy in the common areas. Good for a business traveler or if you are a smoker, but a smoke-free hotel (Fairfield inn) in nearby sparks better for a family staying in Reno.”

• Everything I needed was available at the hotel.
• No coffee makers in the room, no exhaust fans.

“Harrah's is a clean and friendly environment. There are a number of restaurants to choose from with a great buffet at Carvings! All staff was helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay immensely. ”

• No wireless internet, next night I switched to Circus Circus lol good one huh?

• Everything was great nothing bad - missed a fax.

• Buffet restaurant serve good variety of food.
• Requested 2 rooms close to each other. We got rooms on separate floors.

“My overall experience was unsatisfactory. We had to argue with the check-in representative about billing. Their records showed we're only paid for one night while our confirmation showed two paid nights. We had called ahead to request 2 rooms close to each other yet we got rooms on separate floors. Check-in representative was simply unsympathetic to our request.”

“I booked and stayed at Harrah's in Reno, NV, and the hotel was nice. All of my expectations were met, and there were no problems. I would recommend staying at Harrah's.”
