- It was easy to find.
- I could hear the man next door to us very well.
“The rooms were dated. The bathroom was gross and the carpet could use a cleaning. The beds were awful and I could hear the man in the next room as if he was right next to me. The TV had stations that were fuzzy. I will never stay here again.”

- Not enough room here for all the Neg's.
“Worst hotel in the world and I have stayed at plenty around the world. Rude employees, super smokey everywhere. Filthy bathroom in the hotel room. Stayed 20 mins. then checked out. Went to the Hilton Garden Hotel across town. I thought I died and went to heaven there. Say what you want about Paris Hilton but her family knows how to make a traveler welcomed and comfortable.”

“This is a casino, the main emphasis of the money spent here is for the casino, the hotel is not good and it is terrible walking into a smoky, smelly, noisy atmosphere when all you want to do is check in for your room.”

- No refrigerator in room, no microwave, no coffee maker.
“This hotel was fine, within easy walking distance of the main street with the major casinos. I do think they had room to put a bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I feel most travelers like to have this in their room for convenience.”

“It is located at the center of Reno. Convenient access to other hotels and casinos. The parking is free to public. The New York buffet is excellent. The only thing not good is the beddings. All in a word, it is a pretty good place to stay.”

- The price. That's about it.

“It's in a terrible location. The hotel is a dump and the staff at the desk was terrible. The room was fine for the price so if you plan on staying in your room the whole time it's probably worth it. The free parking was nice, but I was scared that my car would be stolen or broken into. Especially after I saw the security guy who looked like he was just released from prison himself. Stay away.”

- Claim hotel shuttle; however, only available 6am to 11pm.
“Small casino hotel with clean well kept rooms. Restaurant was good and the price reasonable. Check-in was slow as there did not seem to be enough people addressing customers. Biggest draw back was an early flight out and the hotel shuttle only runs from 6 am to 11 pm. Shuttle needs prior to or after require a taxi.”

- It was the only reasonably priced hotel that did not require multiple night's stay for the day I arrived.

“Rooms were filthy with some kind of nasty stains on the bed and floors. Sheets did not fit the bed. Bed was the worst one we ever slept on with springs hitting us on places we didn't even know we had. No water pressure in shower at all - and where's the coffee? Worst hotel ever! I wouldn't let my dog stay there! Refund - Please.”

- Almost everything.
“Had to wait almost 45 mins for registration itself. In spite of requesting for a queen-size double bed, we were given twin beds. Since the hotel was paid for, we couldnt even cancel. The casino is open 24 hours but the restaurant closes much too early. The "meals diner" was a good place but I am fed up of diners like a decent meal sometimes. No bell boy, no room service, inadequate housekeeping, missing staff. As an Indian I have high tolerance for these kinds of things hotels in India are far better.”

- The shower was remolded and fantastic.
- Poor customer service. Housekeeping beating on the door at 8 AM repeatedly!
“Upon checking in I was told that they had booked me for 4 rooms. My reservation was 2 rooms. They asked for my ID and told me they needed my reservation number which I had forgotten to bring. I called home and had my daughter give me the numbers since they were on the table. Then the next morning, I brought a customer service issue to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager. (Housekeeping had beat on my door 7 separate times beginning at 8 AM) Manager did not apologize and said housekeeping was just doing their job. I insisted to be shown where a warning is posted for the customers saying housekeeping would begin beating on doors all the way down the hall at 8am daily. He couldn't and said for me to have a nice day. This is unacceptable!”

- Do not stay in the main tower. Their ventilation system stinks and our room smelled like the smoky casino.
“Food is awful for room service/Mel's diner. Mattress in the main building was harder than a rock and kept shocking me. The mattress in the "new" tower was much better. Would only recommend for an inexpensive stay and only in the tower over the roulette area.”

- The people at the desk didn't seem to have my reservation info right.
“We got in late, around midnight, and the desk person checking me in didn't seem to have the correct info about my reservation which I paid for online and she tried to make me pay for it again. We got it straight, but at midnight, I was in no mood to wait 20 minutes for them to get the info right. Went to their diner (meals) and the food was not very good IMO. I was tired and perhaps not in a good mood so my opinion could be tainted by that. Otherwise, I have no real problems. The accommodations were adequate for the money spent and I would stay there again.”

- I didnt like the rude girl who works at the front of the New York steak buffet.

- TVs pretty old; front desk understaffed. Always a line and only one staff member to check guests in and out.

- Parking was inside and easy to get in and out of. The room was spacious and view was fantastic.
- There was no access to the rooms from the parking lot. You had to go back to the ground floor.
“They were just as courteous whether you were staying one night or a week. The room was clean, neat, and well organized. An ideal place for the business man that is looking for a quiet place to work and rest and not particularly interested in gambling. We will definitely stay there again.”

- The choices of restaurants.
- The smoking in the lobby (it was a casino).
“Pleasant overall, but knowing the amount of money coming in from the casino, I would have expected more money poured into the rooms (like soundproofing, better mattress, no fee internet service). These are things that 1-2 star motels strive for, yet it seemed to be absent there. You could definitely see it was an older hotel.”

- Casino and restaurants were nice. Large room.
- We were by elevator. Heard elevator noise but had no trouble sleeping.
“Good value for a casino hotel. Large parking garage. Two towers. We did have to carry luggage through casino area. Rooms were large and clean. We had a large king bed. It was a good experience. We would stay there again.”

- Cable TV, shower with bathtub, 24 hour cafe, garage.
- Pepsi machine rip off 35 cents, had to go one floor down.
“My room was near train track on the 12th floor; train can rumble thru and wake you up.”
