• It was incredibly beautiful.
• The restaurant staff was terrible and every bite of food you get is incredibly expensive.

“The location is beautiful. The rooms are very nice. The place in incredibly expensive for anything but the food is good and the spa is wonderful. Unfortunately the restaurant staffs at all the restaurants are idiots and seem like a bunch of students on summer jobs.”

• Location. Surroundings. Setting. Staff. Spa.
• Not a single thing.

“My travel agent had made the recommendation for a stay at baccarat, and since she'd never steered us wrong, we took it, booking a garden view room for Friday and Saturday night she couldn't have been more right. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to 5-star service in every way imaginable. The first thing we noticed was that our room was not a 'garden view', but a villa suite on the third floor. Complete with a fireplace, oversize terrace and a wee bit of ocean view! We had been upgraded without asking. The room was quiet. We never heard another guest. The food was great, the service timely and beyond well-mannered, the valet and bell services were the best we've ever experienced (they even washed our car without charge!) And the staff was completely helpful in every way imaginable by making our stay an exceptional one. Baccarat gets 5-stars!”

• Great beach location. Lovely grounds. Elegant facility. Peaceful. Helpful, friendly staff. Healthy food choices.
• Cost of treatment options. Did not know about included fitness classes and other included options on check in.

“Beautiful, upscale Mediterranean inspired resort in secluded, beach front location. Peaceful and refreshing experience with friendly, helpful staff and nicely appointed rooms. Enjoyed walks amid well tended gardens with inspiring ocean views. Pools and spas were sparkling clean.”
