• I liked the free Starbucks they put out every morning.
• They did not have a heater in the bathroom.

“Great location, free coffee, nothing fancy just a fair price.”

• The rooms were clean and smelled nice.
• The outside of the hotel was a little shabby.

“The hotel is conveniently located! The staff is friendly and helpful and considerate. We had access to the lake with a pass offered free by the hotel. A nice continental breakfast was available each morning. I would stay there again.”

• Location.
• Noise level on bottom floor and walls and ceilings have holes.

“Hotel is perfect for skiers and casino gamblers. Location is excellent for walking to gondolas, beach and casinos. Room is nothing fancy. Price is too high for quality of room. Excellent shower head and extreme amount of hot water. Again noise levels between rooms are a problem.”

• Good location by gondola.
• Very old, falling-apart rooms.

“Basically a very low quality motel. Good location near gondola but very over-priced for what it was. Only stayed for one night and were relieved to leave. Bathroom was falling apart and weird mirror beside bed. Would not recommend it.”

• Good location on California side near ski area and casinos.
• Room was half done in renovation. Could see where old fixtures were hung on the walls, needed to be painted.

“This hotel is clean but not fancy. The bed spread smelled. The hotel is going through a renovation but my room was half completed. It got noisy around 2 am. I heard someones TV from that time to 5 am the nights I stayed.”

• Location near casinos, nice size room, amenities, clean, good price.
• Strong deodorizer smell, noisy heater during the night.

“Good location, friendly staff. Large, clean room. Quiet location. Like having the micro wave and mini frig and other amenities. Would come back again!”

• It was a good location.
• A little outdated, but clean. I think they were renovating as I left.

“Front desk staff was nice. They had some nice fresh fruit at the Continental Breakfast. The location was convenient to shops, casinos, and had lake access.”

• Location and quiet.
• Our room was in need of major repairs.

“The room we were given with one king bed was nice, the room with two queens was cramped and in need of renovations. Tile in bathroom and shower was in very poor condition. The hotel was quiet and the area was clean. Would not have paid more than we did for the room.”

“Friendly staff, donuts in the morning. Good parking lot. Coffeemaker, fridge/freezer, hairdryer and microwave in room were convenient. Bedspread looks old. There was a bug under the covers next to me when I woke up.”

“An above average 2 star. Comfortable room, with minifridge, large room and decent bed. The heated pool and hot tub were a plus.”
