• Good location, clean, good service in restaurant and bar.
• When we were checking in, we found out that it was a timeshare resort.

“The overall hotel was nice, however upon check in we found out this was a timeshare and felt the staff was trying to pressure us into signing up for the timeshare presentation. Took us almost 30 min to get our keys. In addition, this was 9:30 pm, after declining the offer; they even called our room around 10 pm to make sure we had not changed our mind.”

• Beautiful rooms, equipped with all necessities.
• Really bad parking situation.

“The lobby and rooms are decorated beautifully in a high-end fashion. Beds are very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit over stuffed. Great in room amenities insuring a relaxing and comfortable stay.”

• Excellent room furnishings.
• The additional charges for self-parking (down the street) were unclear.

“The hotel furnishings were outstanding. We were in a new wing of the hotel, and the suite was excellent. However, the parking situation was very unclear. We were offered valet parking, which we declined. At the end of our stay, we were billed an additional $12/day for self-park, which was at a ramp down the street. No longer the great deal we thought we had.”

• Location, and it was updated.
• Additional parking fee, maid service, and time-share.

“Very nice location with very luxurious amenities, hotel was very crowded and was basically run like a time-share with a little pressure to attend a seminar. Hotel charges $12 per day to park which is outrageous considering the parking lot gets full and you still get charged to park off site. Probably wont stay there again.”

• The room and kitchen, Very well stocked. The location near the beach.
• Hallways too dirty. Parking fee for self park.

“It was quiet and comfy. The bottom floor room had a view of the garbage dumpsters. When we had the drapes open, I felt people walking by were always looking in to our room. Maybe they can put some wood screens up with some vines or something.”

• The valet service was excellent.
• The beds were terrible. Very uncomfortable, all five people felt this way.

“Beautiful hotel, good service. We had small rooms, two full beds barely fit in them. Beds were flat terrible, all five in our party felt this way. For a good nights sleep pick another place. Our backs, necks and hips were killing us in the mornings.”

• Nice facility.
• No room service or maid service.

“Overall, we liked the hotel. Ramona at the restaurant was a bright spot and asset to the hotel. It should have been mentioned this was a time share resort because this would have influenced our decision. Since this was a time share you were subject to being approached by sales people and there was no maid service or room service also the restaurant was closed for breakfast for a presentation.”

• Clean and neat. Like the kitchenware.
• Room too small. Very small beach.

“It was below my expectation for the price I am paying. The service wasn't outstanding. They didn't even ask me if I wanted a king size or 2 full size. Gave me 2 full sizes. Didn't want to waste time asking for the king size. The beach that is open for the people at hotel is small.”

• The fireplace in the room.
• The ugly badly decorated corridors.

“This is a good place for a family or a couple to stay. It is on the harbor, but few of the rooms actually have a harbor view. The only downside to staying here is even though you pay for your room they try to sell you on a timeshare which I did not appreciate.”

• The restaurant for breakfast was great/outdoor area was fun for get-togethers.
• Checking was a hassle; air-conditioning was off; we did not get adjoining rooms with our friends & the next room was vacant the entire stay.

“Trash could have been emptied on a daily basis as well as clean towels daily.”

• I liked the wide variety of amenities available.
• The bed was pretty uncomfortable.

“The hotel was very nice. My room was attractive, and so was the rest of the hotel. Someone had been smoking in my room prior to my arrival, so the smell wasn't nice, but someone came up within a half hour with an air purifier. I liked the kitchenette and the bathroom especially. The beds weren't very comfortable, though. The beds were my least favorite part of my stay.”

• Location.
• Noisy rooms - air conditioning and other guests.

“I feel this hotel is very average. Not terrible, but not great either. The rooms were very noisy because of extractor fans constantly running and noisy guests.”

• Excellent location and friendliness of staff.
• Did not like the sales pitch from the front desk staff trying to get me to sign up for a 2 hour presentation regarding time-share sales.

“It was a wonderful location; on the water and centrally located; ideal for skiing, shopping and visiting the casinos. The hotel was clean and upscale. The staff was friendly and helpful; though the pressure to sit through a sales presentation regarding time-shares was unexpected and unappreciated.”

• Excellent Location, Many activities, Great for kids
• Parking close to resort is limited, but free valet for guest is available at an offsite parking area.

“I have been using this resort for 4 years and have been very satisfied with what it has to offer. Whether we go in the winter or the summer, we always enjoy the activities that are offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great for anything you would like to do on foot, by bike or by car.”
