“Clean, simple room, friendly staff; great location to heavenly. Rooms can be noisy as they are accessed via outdoor walkways and many people don't recognize that there are other people staying/sleeping there. Room had nice, thick towels. Not much space to store luggage. Overall pretty basic.” Feb 21, 2008 by
Pat from Santa Cruz, CA
“Me, my wife and six years old stayed during President's weekend so the price was a bit steep for this level of hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and efficient but small. If you just need a place to sleep at night, the accommodations are fine. The location is across the street to Heavenly Gondolas and several restaurants.” Jan 24, 2008 by
Lance from Galt, AR
“Decent hotel. Kid friendly and great location. I didn't hear any neighbors. Free breakfast was nice.” Jan 11, 2008 by

“Moderate accommodations. relatively clean, queen beds were nice but firm. Bathroom area too small. Continental breakfast was limited to breads, pastries, yogurt, cereal and donuts. Good maintenance of parking lot with snow plows. Brief blackout due to storm. Provided us with what we needed. Excellent location to heavenly gondola, shopping, other ski resorts and restaurants. We were able to walk during a blizzard to the store and restaurants. Fair for the active traveler who likes to spend time outdoors and simply use the room for sleeping. Too much to see and do anyhow outdoors in Tahoe.” Aug 17, 2006 by
Mel from Sacramento, CA
“Both desk personnel were friendly and the hotel staff were friendly, too!” Aug 8, 2006 by
Kelly from Roseburg, OR
“Needs to be updated. Bed was in terrible shape, very uncomfortable. The price was high for the quality of the room/hotel. Next time I will pay the difference to stay somewhere nicer.” Aug 3, 2006 by
Rhonda from Sacramento, CA
“Its a nice place to stay if you are just going up to hang out and see the sights and gamble. Its a standard 80's style hotel room. Clean, but would not use it for a "romantic" vacation getaway.” Jul 18, 2006 by
Wendy M. from El Dorado Hills, CA
“It should have been priced at the $99 range.” Oct 9, 2005 by
Chris from Colorado Springs
“This is the most disgusting place we have ever checked into; stains on the bedspread, carpets, and furniture, the room reeked, and there was mold on the shower walls. Absolutely nasty.” Feb 19, 2005 by
Christopher J. from Venice, FL
“This is a great place to stay if you are skiing the Heavenly area. The rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
