• Easy access and right in the middle of the tourist district. Could walk to everything.

“The hotel was not fancy, but it was clean and in the middle of the tourist district, easy to walk to most everything.”

• The staff was very nice.
• The pool was empty and undergoing refinishing, which was very loud. The room was small, very little amenities.

• Great centralized location. Nice swimming pool.
• No cross ventilation; couldn't leave windows open due to safety concerns. Had to use AC, from which I developed a chest cold.

“Great, central location in downtown Solvang, within walking distance of most attractions. Very friendly staff. Clean accommodations, but a little worn looking. Nice swimming pool.”

• Great location. Liked the walk in shower. Pastries were yummy.
• It was very old; the heating system must have been put in at least 40 years ago.

“Very dated. It was cold during our visit and the heating controls for the wall unit didn't work well. This is a pricey area. At $159 a night I would have expected a few more updates.”

• The hotel was right in the middle of town, walking distance to anything.
• Two days was not enough!

“I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel and helpfulness of the staff. The entire town of Solvang was wonderful. If you are coming to the area, you need to allow plenty of time to walk the streets and enjoy the Danish theme.”
