• Very comfy beds, indoor pool great for kids year around!
• the 4 pm check in is rather late.

“I was very impressed with this hotel, the outside does not do it justice. You walk in and it is just wonderful, the housekeeping staff very friendly, they took their time to stop and answer my children's questions which were MANY! The rooms were very attractive and had a very comfy bed! The hideaway bed in the couch was great for my kids!”

“This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The woman who claimed to own it was the most rude person I have ever met. The place smelled very bad. I would sleep in my car if this was the only hotel in town.”

• When we called for the reservation, the young lady that we spoke to was very friendly.
• Once they had my money the friendliness disappeared.

“I spent 1 night with my husband and teenage daughter, we were visiting family. I was wrongfully accused of sneezing on some cups in the lobby and was publicly humiliated and embarrassed by the reservationists. She abruptly barged in between my daughter and me and grabbed the tray of cups knocking most of them to the floor. I had no clue what I had done and certainly wouldn't be that rude. I have allergies and something in the lobby set me off. I sneezed 3 times into the upper sleeve of my shirt. I called the next day to voice my complaint at the reservationist's behavior and was treated equally as rude by the manager. I will never return.”

• Convenient location to people I was visiting.
• A lot of people hanging around outside late at night.

“Hotel was fine for the 1 night that we needed it for. Do not know if I would feel safe if I were traveling alone.”

“We liked this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the rooms with coffee, fridge and microwave in them. The room was clean and staff was friendly.”

• Extremely friendly and efficient staff.
• The hot tub was not hot.
