• We liked the air conditioner.
• I didn't like using the wireless internet. Wired internet would've been better.

• Internet connection was go.
• Hard beds, very pet unfriendly and unresponsive staff.

“Beds were as hard as the floor. Pet Friendly means nothing except an extra charge as there is no place on the grounds to access grass.”

• Pool.

• It was quiet.
• Both times I called the phone rang many times before I got an answer; once I gave up.

“My boyfriend had to check us in; when I called to see if that would be a problem I let the phone ring over a dozen times (at 2 in the afternoon) before I gave up. When I called back a couple of hours later, it (again) rang many times before I finally got an answer. The hotel was nearly empty so I was confused to find two queen beds instead of one that I reserved. But that's not a bad substitution, so I'm not complaining. However, I did notice a little mildew between the tiles in the shower, and the curtain didn't seal - water ALL OVER the bathroom floor! The hotel is located on a main drag, so it's easy to find. But it's in a declining part of town and there were a large number of homeless, etc. nearby. Nothing questionable or dangerous occurred to us AT ALL, we did not feel threatened in any way. but it's not a neighborhood I'd walk through at night alone.”

• It was very clean and safe.
• Had trouble at first being put in wrong room but corrected later on.

“The location was perfect for us to commute to the Sun Dome in Yakima. The hotel is very clean and updated. There was staff at the front counter all the time. I felt safe and the price was great!”
